Speedy, why do you expect a lot bigger? Won't be anything >0.5% as this would have to be publicly disclosed. I think a more reasonable explanation for the share price being where it is, is uncertainty around our future and the possibility of further equity being issued should we attempt to buy Telfer, the other 70% or both.
No NTL.
That’s what my better half’s friends keep saying to her.
I'm no guru at this but interesting chart. A MACD Bullish divergence has formed since Jan/Feb with a tight channel down. Looks good but could retreat to 4.8 before a reverse.

Predictions - Down to 4.8, up to 13. Retrace to 9 then up to 20. Continuing pattern of pullbacks before higher highs as gold comes out of the ground. 40p target for me. Down from my 44p target a few years back!
This has been one tough share to be invested in though I have found it very interesting as I've probably not be so engaged in a miner's unfolding story before. Bought more today at 5.6p.
JD was this comment directed towards me.
While having a coffee break - how's about this GGPers:
SD is preparing his empire - another drilling permit in hand - to add to the others. NEM exiting Hav/Telfer. Wyloo warming the bell.
So today's idea is this:
Fortescue (via Wyloo) funds Telfer and the 70% @ Hav. Keeps GGP onboard under a JV.
Wyloo does the mining and GGP continues with Hav/Juri/EG. Each time GGP makes a future discovery - Wyloo digs.
[This idea will self destruct at midnight tonight].

Firstly, I will say that I am holding firm and will top up my holding (at this price it's worth the risk to me... DYOR)
That said.... Every town hall and web meet with SD that I have watched in anticipation, he talks about "we are here to create shareholder value".... it's ok building a world-class management team, and may have great potential (until ore comes out of the ground, that's all potential is) but what are they managing?
My better half keeps saying to me... dump it... it's not worth keeping...
Am I starting to feel like a frog in luke warm water as it boils and I cook to death... should I jump out?
We need some positive notions and movement from SD and "the management team" or it only gets worse... the RNS today is good, but wheres my shareholder value Shaun???

Pointless arguing with strangers on the internet here. This company at some point, when they can actually do so and not beforehand, will provide a market update on the decline, the aquifer, and hopefully buying Hav and/or Telfer. In the meantime nothing we write here will change what the share price does. Nobody likes a falling share price. Either hold on for a change, or buy more, or sell. The Board know of their duties to shareholders. I am sure that Callum is not pleased seeing the share price given his 100+mill shares when he said to Liam he believes the company is worth a lot more, and he is patiently waiting like the rest of us. Wyloo want a return on their investment. Employees have incentives tied to the share price.
Oh come on. You can surely do better than that. Try at least to understand why that cannot happen and then you may at least not make uneducated statements. Everything after in your post is built on that premise proves what everyone, including those close to you... think of you. An idiot, if they want to show they are an idiot only needs to open their mouth.
You need to work a lot harder!
Kerching67 - you reflect the epitomy of a greedy investor (even in your monika) who wants everthing and now! You are supposed to do your investment homework 'before' you part with your hard earned money - not after.
JPS/Acechaser have only recently reminded peeps that building a mine into production takes between 10 - 15 years on average. and where are we with Hav: 6 years - not even half way and yet all roads lead to production next year at the latest (7 years).
But you want your reward now?
This mine is being built at lightning speed relatively, in the safest jurisdiction on the planet, by a funded explorer with the best BoD in Aussie. The MD constantly updates his investors and no-one, repeat NO-ONE in the industry who reports on such activities has ONE derogatory word to say about GGP or SD.
All of the above is in the public domain....and yet you are oblivious to this and want your money now, no - now. NOW!
Grow a pair - understand what you are invested in and get on with life while SD makes us money IDC. Patience really is a virtue.

People whinge about GGP, however I believe this will eventually be an investment success. You could have shares in for example, Polymetal. Now that is a car crash.
Kerching67 - You are no longer invested in GGP. You stated that you raised the white flag and written this off on 3rd April. So why are you still here whinging about something you are longer invested in.
Ok Ducksense,so your 'research' concurs that a lower sp for GGP means a lower price to buy Newmont share of the project?Wow imagine thinking that, but then coming on here n agreeing with this proposal
Late 2019 I started buying shares in this,SD is going to sink this ship, hth your under researched self
Matty boy ...spot on .This snake pit known as AIM is slowly eating itself .Its about as regulated as Haiti . And couple that with insider info and relentless shorting and you have a plethora of problems for the well meaning investor. Also the fact that Newmont are offloading doesn't help either .More and more people are leaving the juniors and investing in Ftse companies .Also high interest rates are adding to the situation .Looking back now to 2020 and an Sp of nearly 40p a share , and to see it 3 and a half years later at mid 5's is astonishing . People have , for years now been relating this monumental slide to the Lasondre curve .Looking at sp values right across the sector , that theory has been proven to be complete and utter rubbish . Going off that nonsense theory there's not half been a lot of Lasondre curves in the last 3 and a half years ? Companies sp's have been utterly decimated since 2021 .
The optimism on this share incredible. My investment is a shade over 75% under . A huge blunder on my part and hopefully a lesson learned. Yes mining is a risky punt and not for orphans and widows but c'mon the share price speaks for itself.
Dress it up as much as you want SD and his merry men have done ZERO for shareholder value.
They'll be ramping the socks off it once they've got their price. They absolutely have monetary interest. All part of the game. 2/3/4% drips are frustrating but shares like GGP can shift 40%+ blue while you eat your toast when they want to. Just need the aquifer/Newmont stuff clarified and we'll be off to the races. This is when SD earns his keep!
And another chimp!!
Iot and all the doom mongers .why bash a share you have no monetary interest in very strange !
Until it drops below 5p when it will be an even bigger gift, The share that keeps on giving in fact
Stop talking nonsense monkey, we have sufficient debt funding arrangements in place to cover us going forward, together with heavy-hitting backers with deep pockets.
The current sp is an absolute gift to be taken full advantage of :)
Perhaps we should stop issuing any RNS s good bad or indifferent as we get clobbered regardless. Perhaps putting out some bad news may see a rise in the price as none of this makes sense. Nothing in that RNS suggested we should drop. It’s all about the end game but was hoping to enjoy in my lifetime whilst still able.
Love AIM .
Do not agree. 4p would be my prediction for a fund raise level. I would not sanction at that level but dont discount the motion mysteriously being passed !
The only positive of a low SP in my view is it reduces the likelihood of large scale dilution. Shareholders are not going to vote for 10bn new shares to be issued to raise £600m. I think a debt based / tarrif based deal or a Wyloo/other party project share seem much more likely whilst we bump along the bottom.
Clarity on the situation would fix the SP in a week.
Yes,,,he is doing us really proud today ?!!!
