Whats the price of oil got to do with it?
He’s es full off poo kipper got a free trip and back hander
My thoughts exactly Aresnal. Will the company now please put something official out to the Shareholders? Even a quick message to the PieMan... oops sorry the oil man Malcy. Or was he part of the scam as I have noticed he seems to have dissapeared. Not seen a post from him for a few years.
Was ot disclosed anywhere in the hearing an to date shareholding for zm ? And sn for that matter.
When Zaza was talking about the no. of shareholders, I thought he said OVER 2000.
Dev. Does FSHG have a tally of how many individual shareholders have registered with them?
Re Frr’s share register that is.......
That’s music to my ears - has that been verified?
that would be 18 months and 15 days kaiser and apparently he was acting on behalf of us :-)
Allegedly
I cant beleive what a con artist robbing Bast@@d thief Zaza turned out to be - double agent or what. He needs to go to prison for trying to rob us all. hate the man.
Now the hearing is finished would be good that Frt put out a formal statement on exactly where Frr is at now.
how much longer? do we now need to wait for end of 2022?
..and Nordstream, time is getting on this can't drag on for too much longer
block energy is sorting that out for europe :-)
well it couldn't come at a a better time than now

My take is that once the asset is secured funding will be provided. (SM's waiting in the wings with itchy fingers :-) ) Everything goes away and the Georgian people are at the dawn of having an economically secure future.
We also might make a bob or two :-)
Also encouraging that FRR themselves stated they have a share register with 2000 holders on it.
On Outrider Frr have previously mentioned in message posted by Looed have made it seem they might just be ablie to come to some sort of agreement with them.
Would be great if somehow this could be sorted by year end & obviously in our favour of which things are looking brighter then previously.
Thanks Earsbern, So the asset is with FRUS, FTI have the 5% that was intended for them. So that is starting to make it sound like. If they can prove the asset then its just a matter of securing funding, which has been alluding to. So is is the case in Feb 2022 needed to be resolved first?
outrider appear to be very quiet at the moment. Where do they stand now. When they put the exhibit up of the company structure where it showed outrider, that part of the company is liquidated
Earsbern - FTI relied solely on the evidence provided by ZM. It was one story Georgia, and quite another story in Cayman.
From Part 2 of Proper123's TRO extension entry of 18.59 yesterday :-
'On April 24, 2020, FRGC and FRUS reconfirmed that FRUS now owned 100% of FRGC's interest in FEG, but for reasons unbeknownst to Frontera the assignment of shares to FRUS was never properly reflected in the Public Registry of the Government of Georgia, so FRGC incorrectly remained as the registered shareholder instead of FRUS, and Mr. Mamulaishvili has taken advantage of this administrative error'.
So, after intensive argument, the Texas court concluded that the basis of ZM's ownership of the PSC was simply based on an 'administrative error' (i.e. corruption) by the GG. That's pretty damning against not only ZM and the GG, but also FTI, who so hastily jumped to the conclusion that FRC's transfer of the asset to FRUS must be out of order. It's left FTI looking, at best, very inefficient, if not incapable.
Thanks tsbs1. Im sure someone posted the extract of the PSA stating that GG didn't need to ratify it, so that all seems to have just been a ploy by them to make it look like it hadn't, this ,may have suiting FRR as it lead FTI to wasting alot of time and effort.
The Arb seem to suggest that they couldn't transfer though which is odd how did they come to that conclusion and does it overrule? Will a further court decide the whereabouts of the asset?
Would I be right in thinking few conclusions can be drawn at the moment and we are awaiting further news?
as far as frr are concerned they believe they didnt need to ask to transfer asset to frus
and yes frr didnt pay YA on the favourable terms
EkXoc
Think Frr defaulted on the more favorable terms.
