Yup... everyone had faith in looed, but what did he tell us? Said everything was going to be OK, but now we are in liquidation... and he is nowhere to be seen...
Does that mean there is no value in sell the licence to our oil field in a fire sal? Is the block worth feck all like our shares?
It's already been struck off..
Ricardo, you have hit the nail on the head there. We are shareholders in FRC. We have now been officially informed that FRC is being liquidated. That's game over for us. Yes Frontera may rise from the ashes in some form under a new name, but we are not shareholders in that. Moral of the story.... AIM is a cess pit of ruthless companies, the only way to trade is quick in and out on spikes... the very few companies that make it on AIM are few and far between.
Not a great deal in it.. just says its being liquidated...
Up 6.98% with a spread of 9.091%.... That does not make a share up in value....
Soulac, admire your enthusiasm, but when you say a nice buy comes in for 10,000,000, it initially sounds good, but when you look at it, its a buy for £7.5K. This is not good, this is a day trader. This company should be valued at £30-£40million, not a couple of million. Stop trying to ramp the share, post some honest useful information. A good buy, at current prices that would boost confidence would be a purchase of £50,000+ as this would have to be RNS'd a 7.5k purchase is nothing to get excited about. Myself and many others on this board, need the share price to really ramp just to break even. yet alone to make any profit. Your constant drivel make you sound like a young inexperienced kid, trying to boost his pocket money investment.
Thnanks for the link, but to me, Proactive Investors is just Paid for PR... I shall awaait the fall on Monday along with the silence from Tomco...
Have I missed something? Or is this speculation that we are going to get good news on Monday?
What's more common than a relisting is that a delisted company goes bankrupt and the delisted stock becomes worthless. The company may be acquired by a private owner out of bankruptcy or be forced to liquidate. The company may also restructure and eventually go public through an initial public offering (IPO), issuing new shares to new shareholders. While the company is the same, the original shareholders generally have their investment wiped out in the bankruptcy.
Not asking much am I?
Just to break even... I'm not greedy...
Yup, nobody has a clue what is actually happening... everyone 2nd guessing what might be... us shareholders left in the dark... and that's the way its going to be until FRR actually address us with something official. RnS-r maybe...
Sadly, we are still in the same place we were when we were delisted.... all the rumours and snipits the sleuths have found are heresay.. the truth is, we still know nothing... a bit of noise in the background, but nothing solid. Unless the company actually release some public PR.... we know nothing....
Who exactly are the FSGH? Are they just shareholders that have created a club? Or do they actually have a link to Frontera?
Cyber, do you know how much a deep water well costs? Where is the funding going to come from for one of those? (Clue: It will cost upward of $200million)
Cyber... you have shown your level of intelligence in that post. So where is the money coming from to do the 3D? They are not cheap... What if the 3D finds nothing? Where does that leave the farm out? You appear to have all the answers...
Well, this is how I read it... They have more license.... They have nothing to announce. They are putting off 3D seismic until 2024/25, if they can raise enough funds to carry this out. Should this then be successful, there may be an opportunity for a farm in partner. Until 3d is done to prove up reserves, then there are no interested parties. I see a consolidation early in the new year, followed by a dilution to raise funds for the 3D seismic. This will fail and it will be time for CEG and all our money to disappear into nowhere....
Oh and the important part... a director cannot sell his shares.. doing so would crash the market. Generally directors transfere shares to an incoming director... but I see you are valued up and probably knew all this anyway...
