For whats it's worth, mine recently transferd from Share.com to ii. They appear there in ii. Also informed that ii will not charge me the £9.99 monthly fee whilst they are not tradable, so long as I have no other share or cash in the account. Moved all other shares and cash to HL.

Currently, Mamulaishvili is a minority shareholder and a major creditor of the company. So what does that mean? Did Zaza sell the majority of his shares prior to delist? (It was mentioned by someone before.. 100,000 trades) Never announced to the city by RNS..... Could this be why Nomad went bye bye... Creditor? So has Zaza been cash rolling the company? I don't recall ever seeing an RNS saying Zaza would be borrowing the company money?? Is it legal for a director to finance a company without informing shareholders? Crooks I tell thee...
