OK this is whats happening
New guy comes in, take charge, and says
You guys get the financing sorted and for you to get that this is what I need to do.
But to do that I need a few dollars ok so get me some and I can get started.
Then when you get financing done we're good to start construction.
Straightforward .
It's plain and simple.

Mytton - The choice was quite simple;
1 - Ignore the posts that don't particularly interest you
2 - Respond to a post in a contrarian, yet somehow civil way
3 - Prove yourself to be a complete tool
Poor choice, sir.
The worst thing about investing in small cap miners is the ******* crying on BBs
I think the virus did delayed quite a bit special regarding the license,
But for me I am positive,
These 'fund raising' RNS's should always carry the caveat, that the funds are 'really' needed for continued payment of BOD salaries.
I can understand the need to place at a discount (why would someone buy from the company what they can buy cheaper on the market) but the process has been handled poorly in reference to existing PIs. It's undermined my confidence in how we will be treated by the company during the altogether more impactive financing discussions to come. I'm not about to jump ship, but I am rethinking my investment goals here.. Maybe a dose of realism helps sometimes eh..
To be honest I feel better today than I was yesterday soon we will have news and we will move away from here,
...and that my friends, is why the share price hasn’t been rising. For all HL’s protestations about the low s.p, If the company only values itself at 4.25p per share, what sort of confidence does that give to the market? Poor decision making at board level.
Sorry 4.25 not 3.25 typo err..
Will Shard start dumping the 40 mil bought at 3.25 quick profit...soon?
Slums, sums it up
1) Shafted By Shard (check)
2) Whinged on twitter (check)
3) Topped up anyway (check)
Standard investment day.
I got some at 4.5. Compared to yesterday that was a good deal. Not sure if I should have waited a few more minutes though
I can't get a quote on Hargreaves Lansdown to buy. Trying to top up
Some short term price pain but as all here in for the long term it all should be well negated over the next 12 months. Its another step forwards to production. We are certainly not meandering that's for sure. In the fast lane with the pedal down!
4.5p to buy
Hayden was very clear as to how long we were cashed up for so hardly unexpected...
That’s what we thought after the last one.
i think this should be last one until financing ,construction, and the start of production..
Absolutely Ohmni. It's only a 6% increase in the number of shares in issue and whilst not a premium raise, it was competitive compared to the current SP. If the capital is used to get us over the line to "shovel ready" then it won't make much difference in the long run. GLA
Capital raise through over subscribed placing, 40,470,589 extra shares @4.25p for the purposes of accelerating the project.
No one likes dilution but if it get's us to production quicker then I'll take it. Now come on EUA as I want to dwarf that dilutive effect!
