Investors want something like the old Melrose - buy, improve, sell.

Problem is there is a lack of shares as everyone is buying and holding for the first deal.

A lack of shares. They could have raised 2x or 3x the amount from private investors who did well out of Melrose over the years.

I think over 60% of the shares are held by Black Rock, 4-5 other institutions and directors.

Unable to buy at 8.20am - interactive investor and Trading212 dont recognise the co name or ticker and Hargreaves Lansdown wont quote a live price - tried a fill or kill and waiting to see if it goes through. UK share dealing is pathetic - unable to buy even a few £000.

E.g 100 shares valued at £1 each is worth the same as 20 new shares valued at £5 each
