What debt facility have these guys got (to enable further deals and growth?)
Compared to APF this co seems more dynamic - APF seems glacial in the speed of finding new royalty deals.

In addition, maybe the date (1st July 2020) on the shareholder information page on the co website may be an error and was not updated to 1/10/20.
The top of the page states "This information was updated on 1 October 2020." So perhaps they just forgot to amend/update the July date?

If he sold then there would have to be an RNS disclosing the sale?

Regardless of the trades you mention, which I cannot explain, A Forrest still holds 29m shares in the company so his interests are aligned with shareholders.
Note - the recent trades at .569 are buys not sells as shown on this site.
That puts a different perspective on things.

Further lockdowns, rising covid cases, social distancing.
There couldn't be a worse time to float this type of company.
They probably said that about ASOS floated at 20p at the end of the dotcom boom.
Not invested, but will keep an eye on this as they seek to exploit weakened rivals.

Gino - I cannot see EL007486 on that doc you attached.
Whereas on the link I provided that licence number comes up as "Current Mineral Exploration Licence" in favour of Mercator.

I just gave what I assumed was the source of this info (Victoria Gov website) and I welcome any interpretation of the search results

The level of clarity on the Stock Market is garbage.
Considering we are in the IT Information Age the reporting of trades is more like a system from the 19th Century.
It should be required that trades are accurately shown as sells or buys. Also trades should be shown as they happen not delayed.

He is an entertaining character on twitter. Some he gets right, some not - like the rest of us.
DYOR he has his own agenda.
He called PAL right recently but not RR.
He has been hyping CHF for ages but fair play he stuck with his buy call even when the sp slumped.
