Hence as its a one stop shop evolved everyone ref's to RNS for all news
Accurate is RNS is a machine the Regulatory News Service of the London stock exchange
the messages are RNA's Regulatory News Announcement and are not all originated on the
RNS but all end up being relayed on RNS originated or not
If you bring up InvestEgate you will find around 8 machines that originate RNA's
for e.g. Barclays use BUS and VAST use GNW then you have the oddballs like TILS
that use both RNS and GNW same message different title header
Was not me that reported you BTW.
Anyway back to ECR...…….
Agreed.
Singer I think you may be getting a slap on the wrist from admin for name calling on GGP (naughty :-)
Always fun to 'engage' on a slow day...fills the boredom.
Could be worse....the handbags on the GGP board today are quite entertaining.
With regards to the director buy statement, Lemonade you are trying to be disruptive.
You have made the same statement multiple times before and been answered at least 1 occasion by Talking Sense.
I will also point out that, directors cannot buy or sell shares if they are in possession of price sensitive information.
Id suggest that the information held on joint ventures is pretty price sensitive, so the point you are getting at doesnt mean much to me.
If this company is so bad, and you dont like it.... Thank you for sharing your views but mamy simply dont care for you to be their financial advisor. Id suggest you do have an interest in ECR, if your not a holder.....i assume you want to be and want a cheaper price. Hence your consistent negativity. Regardless you still think the company has value.
Try not to be a petulant child and at least engage sensibly and we might be able to find some common ground.
The Directors will not be able to purchase additional shares as they are in a closed period due to the JV negotiations.
When Directors are privy to discussions that could have a SIGNIFICANT impact on the share price they cannot buy more...insider trading effectively.
As stated yesterday , they do have share options that could be worth £100k's if the JV is agreed so they have plenty of incentive to make ECR successful.
Its friday fun day so i will indulge. To be fair, whilst Lemonade is generally a nuisance here, i will say that they are correct:
We do not have a drill on site - its on route; still doesnt change the significance and the value it brings.
Regards to 6 month wait - they are also correct; i think we can all agree that this is out of our hands and things are opening up npt to allow progress to be made.
I think if this board is to hold value, we accept the negatives here, which are very real. If you feel you can counter the negative with a positive its perfect to create balance.
If posters decide to act the fool, thats their choice, simple report as disruptive and filter, but if the simple state negatives its perfectly valid
Does anyone know if the CEO has bought any more shares, other than the 10 grand he bought in December 2018?
Lemonade, crawl back under your rock.
That's not exactly true,,, they said they would have one some time next month if everything goes to plan.
They've been waiting for a site visit for 6 months too..
ECR has their own rig now and how imp it is? Read below from another gold explorer
Mike Struthers, CEO, said: "We're very pleased to have secured a drilling rig for Eclipse in such short order, as rigs and crew are generally difficult to secure at the moment. With the soil sampling programme now complete, the geophysics programme about to commence, and the first phase drilling now locked in to commence on 28 September, we look forward to an exciting couple of months ahead."
