Same as you, won't quite be a millionaire but will definitely make an offer on the house we currently rent. It's been run down by the landlord (they often are) but has lots of potential. Let's hope for the bang of the starting gun very soon.

Exactly, that’s how I remember it. The DD was for the transaction to complete, not 60 days of exclusivity… that’s how it reads to me anyway
I am sure within the 60 days we will know whether an agreement is likely to be concluded (worst cast scenario).
When you look at the resource and the willingness of the authorities to support, i think this is an amazing risk reward scenario. Nothing is ever guaranteed anywhere. this was 20p and had a mcap of £20million and we are much further down the line. GLA>

Great to see the SP being supported, currently, but all this talk about EUA share price increases and comparisons to a giant like Kenmare is meaningless. Kenmare only go for resources that have 100yrs potential productivity btw.
Comparing this situation to the share price activity in EUA is not useful, you have to look at all the variables, mainly: market cap, commodity, jurisdiction etc.
so not to rain on parades but this is utter rubbish to compare the value of grapefruit to that of a cart-load of pineapples.
Anyway, I do hope the agreement is concluded within that 60 period but I would remind people that the 60 day period only refers to the exclusivity granted to LB & Sheffield it does not mean they have to conclude the agreement within that time period.
Huge potential here, a signed JV would send the SP skyrocketing. Then further down the line the rubber stamping of the other mine licenses, further kaboom. Then expansion of agreed license, through the stratosphere.
We can dream....

I’m in this for the long haul, 20p is attainable but imho I think CMET even at 40p is undervalued… GLA and here’s hoping we crack double digits in the very near future

I really hope you are right as I've been in this since the PAL days when it got suspended for months !
However, your post on 12th April said the JV had already been 'rubber stamped' and will be confirmed in an RNS this Friday. If a signed deal has been agreed then it doesn't matter whether another party comes in with a much improved offer. The deal has already been done.
