Just showing work is already getting underway and helping us in Uruguay in Chervon. This will dramatic change the company and basically 'be in it to win it'.
Looking for 2p +
Morning
I wont get involved in the ramping / troll debate .. boring and who really cares ?
A snippet of information below - udated shipping info for the expected arrival of the Equinor CAN-100 Drill..

SadKen - thanks for a balanced post.

Things starting in the area is very positive for us.
Forget the Bahamas - Uruguay is completely different and the Bahamas is long gone.
We have Chervon in Uruguay. My question to the idiots here is why did Chervon go into partnership with us?
If CEG was so badly run and such a no hope as you all make it out to be we would not now have a major on board who will fund an extremely large amount of the finance required in the short and medium term which is perfect for CEG.
Honestly let’s just call this what it is: a punt.
There may be some promising signs, but that doesn’t make it investment of the century.
I can at least understand why the likes of JB would be cynical and cautious, especially after Bahamas.
What I can’t understand is why Willec ramps the life out of it like his life literally depends on it. I’d imagine that sort of obvious bad faith ramping is putting off more investors than it encourages.
I have a fairly modest investment, hoping it goes sky high. That said, I wouldn’t bet the farm.
As always, DYOR, invest what you can afford to lose, and don’t get too excited either way.
Eytan has done a great job since he became CEO. Look how far we have come since he took over.
Basically, Madmaxium totally invaliding your point.
It’s a pointless ambition to try to get rid of another investors viewpoint willec, thankfully your view is equal to anyone else’s and not more important or less.
Stop trying to dominate the board it won’t work and makes people distrust your view, can’t see.. why you haven’t noticed this already you have been at this for years. Nothing wrong with the assets CEG has, it’s the way it’s run that has been the main grievance here.
When something is worth having you usually don’t have to constantly say it’s cheap to get people to buy it!

With drilling to begin this month taking 55-60 days to drill this could be very big, showing prospects for CEG. As a result as things get startedand interest turns up a notch in the area this could be the start of a nice rise is CEG's sp in the coming weeks and months.
With all to come this year in Uruguay and drilling to begin this month in nearby Argentina and majors what to move ahead quickly CEG plc are in a fantastic position for 2024 - 2027 and beyond.
Perfect buying opportunity here and looking forward to what Chervon has to offer.
EXTREMELY STRONG BUY!!!!
By the way shares are being bought by institutions already
More hot air here, and over the weekend too, I note.
Tut, tut… you’ll be told off by our resident wise owls for not having a life I presume.
Oil Majors getting really involved now - in Argentinian and Uraquayan waters....
https://www.bnamericas.com/en/news/snapshot-the-offshore-hydrocarbons-push-of-argentina-uruguay-and-falklands
South American**
Likely Mirror Image African Waters ???
African waters.???
Yes - for a YPF, Equinox and Shell combination to start drilling in ultra-deep waters near the adjacent CEG Uraquayan areas is highly significant and encouraging to all concerned.
The GEG areas are relatively shallow and these three oll majors now join CHEVRON, and others, in exploring these African waters - following initial research/due diligence.

How can this be anything but positive for Challenger Energy? Seriously, if you trolls can not see the positive you should not even be allowed out - Dangerous Stupid Idiots.

RE: Deadlines23 Feb 2024 10:37
Hahahaha, ah Luthee you really are the ultimate apologist. You fail to recognise that if a CEO comes out with a deadline such as fam out by Christmas and then that changes to oh now another 12 weeks, by end of Q1 2024 it makes them look naive and incompetent when these deadlines aren't met. All the while tie company is running on fumes.
Why on earth would anyone want to give their money to a company with no credibility and run by amateurs and most importantly who on earth would want to partner with them. The industry and market never forgets those who mislead and default.

Not long now!!!
If oil is found in offshore Argentina then this may speed up things a lot I’m pretty sure challenger willl buy back its shares in the future if things go to plan it’s kind of obvious that is in their plan
Getting primed for a lovely increase in the weeks and months ahead.
URUGUAY = rising sp. 1p + very soon
Disagree on the gap fill bilbo on the daily, 0.1285 was the high before gap up and the retrace tapped 0.1290 on the low, that will matter soon. This retrace is not over yet. I am seeing a fake break of the wedge market is in a holding action before a decisive move to the down side, imo
If Willec and Bilbo kept their immature posting to themselves then people may invest.
I have added to my load today and intend to add further. Im balls deep anyway so a few grand more is just going to bring the average down and if the miracle happens my Grand-daughter is looked after. Its only money lot's more important things in life. GG
