Bought more today (no doubt paid over the odds again!).....still, I haven't seen that 100k seller yet so perhaps we have seen the last days of sub 5p buys?.....wasn't willing to risk holding off to see anyway.
Spank, I remember that interview and I think what Mike actually said was that initially the DFC weren’t interested in Orom Cross because of Blencowe’s plan to work partly with China, at least in the short term, but that he then convinced them that with a potential 100 year mine life it really doesn’t matter very much who the company works with at the start in order to get up and running. So I think the DFC are resigned to some Chinese offtake and relationships at the outset here, hopefully alongside Korean offtake. As for using Chinese expertise for an SPG operation, I can’t see why that would be objectionable as long as BRES has control of the plant
Why not. Still cheap as chips for a world class project.
The chinese have the IP. Simples.
The yanks know this also as Mike has already said I believe. All this "concern" as soon as the price rises a tad.
I have been here for 5 years - the CEO has not put a foot wrong. He is astute and knows what he is doing - Unlike many CEO of AIM companies.
If the DFC wasn't OK (for now) for Chinese involvement, I doubt the company would be putting so much effort and cash into China. We've drilled 2% and the resource would last for 100s of years if it was fully drilled. Plenty to go around.
IMO we'll have a Chinese offtake and a non Chinese offtake. Most the equipment will be coming from China for our plant I'd imagine.....
I think we should trust our CEO to know what he's doing, the DFC must be in the picture and he wouldn't do anything to jeopardise the relationship, I can't remember which interview it was but I'm sure a similar concern was raised to him before and he said it wasn't an issue and the DFC understand that the Chinese may need to be involved (don't quote me on that but I seem to recall something along those lines).
Seems to me that BRES will be the winners of a US Vs China critical resources war!

Agreed, I am beginning to perceive this as a bit of a risk here…
Now, is this a Chinese "very experienced downstream SPG producer", or POSCO?
I still can't quite get my head round how the DFC would react if a Chinese outfit was the JV partner for a Ugandan SPG grade production facility.
Might this be the day we finally stay above 5p and see the beginnings of the share price flying to the moon? 🚀🚀🚀
GLA
This is so under the radar
Good start to the day.

Is there a new X posting by Mike today?
Back to daylight robbery prices....isn't that a joy....
Can't buy a bean MM's have locked it up at 5p
Just wait till the herd come.
Yep, graphite is the active material for the negative electrode in these batteries. I think range on electric vehicles is the biggest sticking block with everyone I talk to about this as well as charging times. I think this news is transformational for EV vehicles, in my opinion.
Positive development, LFP uses graphite.
A flurry of buys after my buy of 29.5k shares.

Over 1,000KM on one 10 min charge.

yes.... only good news really yet the SP does not reflect this, goes up and then comes down again/// and we dont know the reason why maybe there is a side deal for gov ministers or others to buy up cheap?? as said before this is very very risky in this climate and all about moronic greed we see eleswhere.
i do love the bull **** that the mm’s are playing yesterday up no volume and no price changes

Another grant....AUS Gov grant A$4.5m ($2.8m) to International Graphite for the establishment of a graphite processing plant and extra A$2m is earmarked to advance a feasibility study for a dedicated battery anode material facility. Both in AUS.
