Spoke to Mike on this - broker notes need to model something in the absence of signed terms. The company’s preferred route has already been outlined. And the funding structure will only be confirmed when terms are actually agreed and suitable for announcement. The Cav note uses a conservative/theoretical assumption for modelling purposes, i.e. what Phase 1 equity could look like if raised entirely at plc level.

The stated focus remains project-level funding where possible, with several parties in the data room and DD ongoing. The aim is to minimise plc-level dilution while getting P1 moving.
