Yep, graphite is the active material for the negative electrode in these batteries. I think range on electric vehicles is the biggest sticking block with everyone I talk to about this as well as charging times. I think this news is transformational for EV vehicles, in my opinion.

Over 1,000KM on one 10 min charge.
I thought it was a good interview yesterday, addressed the local concerns and also that the 600 ton sample had been sent to China and was on its way.
With regards to the share price, I really don't get it, large investors at 5p taking a huge chunk of the company. All I can think of is that there is another game going on in the background to take this out on the cheap. Otherwise why is it down here at 4p after all the progress made. If I believed in the company like Mike does then why not the Directors buy in the open market.
It wouldn't surprise me, how many false promises here, been going on for years. Always Jam tomorrow as they say. What you reckon 0.5p with a ton of warrants?
Share Price still getting hammered.
They need to raise money to pay for their extortionate salaries and to fund another vanity project for them to waste even more money on. Wating for another two months for drilling news is not going to go well for the share price.
All in my opinion.
Yeh its quite strange this stock.
In 4 years the share price has done nothing yet it's sitting on a huge resource, funding from US government, cash raise at 5p. Any attempt at a rise its sold into heavily.
I can't seem to find where the scam is or what we are missing in all of this?
Can anyone point to the information that would explain this.
I know it has a a lot of charlatan pumpers like many other stocks on AIM, pushed about on twitter and telegram but I can't work out what the game is, any thoughts? All in my opinion of course.
Share price says it all, suppose to be the best JV on aim, the share price has tanked about 40% from its 4p high.
If you do some digging you can see so many red flags here, high wage bill for the directors, terrible investments over the years where they have lost millions, have zero cash in account, nothing else to do apart from raise funds to drill in Botswana which initial drilling suggests not commercial. The offloading of huge amounts of stock has been going on for months now. The Zambia JV they just have to wait for AA to do all the work and hopefully get lucky, this could take a while with heavy cash burn ongoing. all in my opinion but the Share Price action suggests I'm not the only one who thinks similar to this. 2p maybe 1p incoming.

Was the Sturec Gold Project sale another master stroke from our Directors?
Here we go fulmar29,
I've done a little research, $5 million USD we lost roughly.
I take it you're either Steve4077 or friends maybe.
Why can't you just say if you know, we lost $5 million. Not hard is it to be genuine.
Otherwise, if you're a paid for charlatan, then that makes sense as well, why would you be honest.
In addition, Arc holds a US$5m secured loan note dated 19 March 2020 issued by Golden Square ("Loan Note"). The Loan Note has since been secured by the issuance to Arc of 3 million shares in a US listed company, Tingo Inc. (OTC: TMNA) ("Security Shares"), a leading agri-fintech business in Africa, which has submitted an application to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Arc has today agreed with Golden Square to accept the 3 million security shares in full and final settlement of the Loan Note. The value of Arc's holding is approximately US$7.5m at a closing share price as of 27 April 2022 of US$2.49.

Now suspended.
Ok Steve4077, keep ramping ARCM.
I'm asking a fair question on the Tingo debacle.
Which you can't even answer yourself, that's how amazing you are as an informed researched investor.
I imagine you are just a paid charlatan.
Did someone just post this then it disappeared?

Thanks for this, I didn't fully grasp the JV split 30% etc....
But with regards to the $3.5 million initial payment that goes to Unico, so Arc have 67% of that, so they get $2,345,000. Ok, I don't think Nick explained that, in the interview earlier he said it goes to Arc and sort of stumbles a bit, so the $3.5 million doesn't go to Arc minerals does it, 67% of it goes to their subsidiary.
Also, in the April RNS it states 'with the balance held by Kopara Investments Ltd'
So I think this is a little misleading and hence no share price rally.
I guess the bet here now is what they find from drilling.
Concern is working capital and what other plans they have for Botswana or anything else.
Taken from the April RNS,
'Arc Minerals is pleased to announce that through its subsidiary, Unico Minerals Limited (Arc Minerals 67% shareholding, with the balance held by Kopara Investments Ltd), it has signed a binding joint venture agreement with a subsidiary of Anglo American plc ("Anglo American") (the "Joint Venture Agreement") in respect of its copper interests in North Western Zambia (the "Joint Venture"). Under the Joint Venture Agreement, Anglo American will have the right to retain up to 70% shareholding in the Joint Venture company based on previously announced exploration expenditures'
Yeh its really confusing, after reading the above I get the impression ARC don't get the funds to do what they want. Also the 30% free carry is it not 67% of the 30% as free carry?
Someone please make it make sense?
Then in the interview just now after the announcement Nick said we don't need to raise funds.
Something isn't right otherwise surely the share price would have risen over 4p at least.
