Can we believe a word they say though ? They don't even stick to what they've said on an rns so what's been said over the phone holds little weight. As Dave points out, the exclusivity period for the option to acquire a 70% interest in a medicinal cannabis licence had already been extended to 31 August 2021 so must have lapsed.
They have until the 26th of September so plenty of time to do a deal
But as it’s September and it’s still suspended. Could have missed the boat with the Zimbabwe license? Is the company worth anything without it?
I just rang the contact number on the latest RNS. Think I spoke to Neil.
Nice one, hope it's all legit and comes good as I'd wrote this one off....again. Any turn around could be powerful here with a £1.8m marketcap, hoping for an Altered Beast.
Do you their details so I can just confirm this too. They have promised alot of recent and delivered on zero.
Spoken to the co on the phone, expected to be up and trading in the next few weeks. Lots going on, market to be updated soon.
I genuinely believe this share is lost......radio silence from personal emails and false promise on last rns. I would just move on if I was you gentlemen
We are now into a pure guessing game. Toss a coin - there’s your answer.
Per the last b*** s*** RNS, it mentioned that there has been an extension to the ‘exclusivity period’ re the Zimbabwe licence is 31/08.
Do you think we may hear something before then???
agreed, I think if we all have a similar template it will be better
Comek, why don't you write a template and then we can personalise and sign it from ourselves. This will ensure we are all singing off the same songsheet and getting consistency.
Cheers
It's a shame some people are prepared to lose their money through suspected fraudulent activities by the BLCC bod, instead of an hour of their time writing a letter to the authorities concerned. No need for legal action, but a letter to the FCA and copy to aquis will suffice. After all its their responsibilities to ensure the bod act in the interests of shareholders.
Not sure Reeves tbh, the company is currently classed as suspended on the Aquis Exchange not delisted. As for the company address, i can't see one anywhere on the Block Commodities website and you won't find any information on Companies House either as Block Commodities has been registered in Guernsey "Block Commodities Limited is incorporated and registered in Guernsey under the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended) with registered number 53855" If you register on the Guernsey Registry website you should be able to find Block Commodities (53855) and a registered office address for correspondence, this address won't necessarily be where they're based though because most microcap dogs use a Registered Office Address Service that forwards them on the mail.
This company has most likely spent more time on the Aquis (previously Nex) Exchange suspended than they have tradable and I'm surprised they haven't been booted off for good, the only positive i can currently see is that the share is suspended and not totally delisted, maybe people could contact the Aquis Exchange and try to get some answers?
I'm not advanced in this situation. Does the company just remain delisted or do they get removed completely from the market....if so what is timeline or protocol for this? Does anybody actually have the company address etc?
Looks like our money's gone to me and complaining to the FCA won't do anything, AFPO holders got done over by this lot and now they've done it again as BLCC, looks pretty obvious that those who sold down when this briefly re-listed were in the know, it stinks but hopefully people can make their money back somewhere else, gla
If theres enough on board I would reccommend a legal letter , everyone contributes therefore minimal cost maximum clout ?
I'm sure if someone elect to do so, people will get encouraged and we will get more people adding their names in.
Good responses so far, thank you all. Is there anyone that is good at writing such letters, sorry I'm hopeless lol. Cheers
Count me in also
Count me in...where do I sign.
Count me in please Outrageous behaviour
By the looks of it, they are not responding to individual emails which is concerning. The only option is to form a shareholders group and write to the company as such threatening to take the matter with the FCA if they don't respond with clarification as to what's happening. As things stand one could be forgiven to think of the worse ie relisted with the cannabis option so directors could off-load their shares at the expense of shareholders which is illegal. Others shareholders have form such groups and did get companies' responses.
Otherwise blcc would think we are just accepting, not an incentive to get them to react.
I also emailed,no reply
