TL.
Do you have the link PL75 mentioned.? Feel like I'm missing out.
(Plus you know we all wondering about Walmart but cannot ask)
mapp, please don't take this the wrong way, but shut up.
That paper loss has been a gain for short sellers
who plunder on AIM. 666 train gets stuck in a very
smelly drain. They'll drown and their loot is picked up
again. Investors have won the game.
Because we are Millionaires we can afford to take a risk
and help AVCT to provide a much needed test.
Thugs want action and love destruction.
Thanks CS, likewise. I’m surprised he’s got any toys left...
Rorkes don't you know its all millionaires on this board. Its just loose change for them.
Seconded
Well one of them claims to have 750,000 and I'm led to believe that they are all multi millionaires despite having lost their shirts in Bushveld.
The share price having moved from 1.47 to 1.20 will have made that individual a paper loss of £200K. I'd be careful of taking advice from someone who doesn't apply a bit of balance when losing that much. Only way to get it back is if others buy whereas people like yourself are sitting contentedly because you have applied thought rather than waffle.
They’re all fwiends, aaaw. A telegram group was mentioned on here a while back, I agree there’s coordination, but I’ve not spotted any intelligence behind it yet. I’ll keep my eye out.
Agreed. I think last week was CEO structuring expectations amongst PIs and to do that they have to understand the terminology. I think he would rather the price moves in line with genuine progress and he is doing his best to provide information that let's individuals assess timelines and tolerances around that.
In terms of the paranoia I'm convinced that the group from BMN are acting in concert and got burnt last week. I know lots of biotech investors - I don't any of them who have invested in mining. Stick to what you know.
Amazing how many new people have suddenly appeared?
CS, due to the green boxes I’m not sure if that was levelled at me. I have disagreed with you on your response to the last RNS. You’ve taken a pessimistic view, I’ve taken an optimistic view. I patiently await the truth, but you’re entitled to have your opinion. I agree, it’s a discussion board. If it wasn’t levelled at me, ignore me... this is a reason for not using the bin, it’s gets too complicated!
Well I’m not surprised by that, before I flung his lordship in the bin I was laughing at him suggesting his timeline was matching Sir Al’s. There was only one date on the presentation and that’s the one that the RNS was released to hit. I’ve never given any real credibility. From reading between the green boxes I saw he doesn’t even understand S&S. Maybe a 7 year old with a tin of beans can help explain it :-)
You might be right, but I’ll not pop on my tin hat just yet. Ultimately Awacta and the upcoming newsflow will determine the share price. It’s getting tedious on here though. Today’s board has been dominated by paranoid nonsense and people daft enough to respond to people like tw666 and ajok again. It’s a shame as it detracts from adult conversations with posters like CO etc. Just another no news day... at least the posts naming the price every 2 mins have stopped.
The longer I sit in your crosshairs - the happier I am I must be doing something right.
O PH IDIAN
I saw last night that stages 1-6 had been dropped off the timeline. Someone pointed out that they hadn't actually been done. It doesn't affect the SP once the LFD arrives but it did undermine the ramping last weds since it questions credibility of self proclaimed experts.
I think you are being too genourous - seems a concerted effort to target anyone who is not reliant on rapid large fluctuations reliant on sentiment.
Happy to help, 1+1=3 works for both of us and I’m sure that’s the case :-)
Morning all,
Maybe an olive branch of light humour, gentle ribbing and positive sentiment about Avacta. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
O, I thought it was funny, although as my kids tell me, that’s no recommendation.
Pl, general chat re Walmart vanished. Ho hum. Best of luck and thanks for the links. 1+1 can equal 3;-)
There's that subtle velvet sheathed stiletto again.......... drip drip drip
RD, I don’t think it’s based on anything as sophisticated or intelligent as that. You’ve mentioned the price movement at BMN. I reckon it’s simply that they were caught up in their own hype here, bought too heavily at higher levels and are now worried that history is repeating itself. No one likes to be sat on a loss and if you were in that position you’d be tetchy and lashing out looking for someone to blame. They wanted to hype the last RNS to make them feel better and since we called it correctly, we become the target. Sad, but most likely true. The person to blame is Sir Al and his unfortunate use of the phrase ‘a few weeks’. It certainly raised my expectations, but with my increased knowledge via communications since, I now better understand the massive task they’re undertaking and have all the patience needed.
As I own my shares and at a lower average than the current price, I can keep a level head and discuss things rationally. The last RNS, sadly, was not the RNS we’re waiting for, but all that’s needed is patience. Paranoia and accusations won’t make it arrive any sooner. I’m extremely bullish about this share, my posting history shows that. A willingness to discuss delays, manufacturing challenges, trying to further my understanding doesn’t change that. Delays are ultimately irrelevant, manufacturing partners will emerge in time and I now have a better understanding, particularly thanks to TLs brilliant find. Can’t stop thanking him for that!
I guess a lot of people are here because of the LFD. If you have shares rather than some other form of investment then the price can bounce around all it wants until we have news of that.
Other projects will move forwards and news of them will affect sentiment and SP but the short term is dominated by the LFD.
hopefully thats the daily 5-10% drop without news done now, we can stabilise or move back up
it's frustrating how predictable the SP movements have been I think a mid day RNS would mix things up nicely. this week could be:
Manufacturing partners
BAMS approval
Blocking therapy partner
LFD Clinical assessment (after weekend discussion not sure if it'll be RNS'd until complete)
I've got a setup with a group filtered - amazing how much more balanced and informative the board is at that stage.
I'm thinking that last weds when the RNS came out a group needed the price to move up. Posters that suggested (rightly has it happens) that it was not significant have been attacked by that group ever since. Hence the BMN filter.
Past performance is indicative of future performance so Bushveld's SP chart doesn't suggest great analysis but hey no one wins them all.
Ha! Brilliant, whipping out roman references to maintain the weird vendetta, gets more bizarre by the day. I’m never usually a fan of green boxes as I’m not keen on confirmation bias, but when it’s just a load of pointless paranoia, nothing is lost. Honestly, try it. It’s quite peaceful. So far only 4 in the bin, but I’ll happily add to it.
I know - Orphidian felt he needed to point out its original meaning.
RD, I was going for the modern interpretation, rather than Roman!

Ah you are up to date with your Roman history. Excellent.
