Sorry Caddy but Seis is not wrong, your comments on a few boards suggest to me that AIM is not doing your health any good whatsoever. You do however ,in your last post ask a pertinent question " When there was a chance of a deal this was at 8p not so long ago, so what is stopping us from being there now????" the only possible answer for me is "trader fatigue" they have been caught out a couple of times already and are either tied in at a higher price or scared stiff. That's not a problem for me as we are doing the deal and I would much rather have people who were investing LT for significant growth than the 10/20% ers
.Looking at the AAL news around recently and today, they do not do small projects and will see the potential here of these licenses transforming into a FQ Zambia type operation. MASSIVE ! Couple of days to go--- CHILL !
Yes Peggy, that’s why I’m saying what I feel. What I feel, having seen Caddy posting over a long period and having reviewed his timeline is that he is a trader. You can check for yourself, don’t take my word for it.
I feel sad for you if this is genuinely your entertainment Peggy, I wonder if you watch F1 in the hope of seeing a fatal crash? Trying your pathetic taunts isn’t going to affect me in the slightest but keep it up if it makes you happy.
I see the sells are still happening, who could thst be?
Why don't you report my posts as well, you normally do.
Are people not allowed to say what they feel here?
Seis, you know things are not quite right here as does the market and as does large investors hence why it is were it is today, hanging on to 4p.
If there was a sniff of documents getting signed the SP would be a lot higher.
Its a cash cow for some people sadly not PIs, poorly run company who must be desperate for some cash now.
You stick to your pictures and keep an eye on the Cadastre there's a good boy.
“ Don't want to seem too negative”
Why break the habit of a lifetime Caddy, you’ve been nothing but negative since you’ve been posting here! Your whole timeline is negative!
Don't want to seem too negative as I am invested here but if everything was so certain this should be double what it is now. When there was a chance of a deal this was at 8p not so long ago, so what is stopping us from being there now????
100% correct FK79. It's the cadestre that is holding back the JV, not even God could get between the deal that's been negiotated. Just bad karma that it's taken so long to sign all the necessary documents and small print.
It's not AA dragging it out. It's the requirement for the existing licence renewals and new applications to be approved by the ministry of mines.
On that basis removing the exclusivity at this point would give no advantage. Also, IMO, the deal AA have agreed to (after some hardballing by ARCM) is in itself demonstrative of their commitment. It's a corker.
The JV parties are simply passengers at this stage, awaiting the updated cadastre. Delays were really just bad timing to coincide with the Zambian government objectives that required the cadastre to close and absubsequent back log to be worked. I'm pretty sure our licence areas will be high priority and I shar the view that the length of this extension would have been determined with some level of engagement with the government on timescales.
Doesn't mean I'm 100% certain it'll be closed by the end of the 13 business days but I sure it was expected to be and if it isn't then I don't see it being long.
I think we may well get the confirmation this time, but if not I won't panic captain mannering.

The delay seems to be coming from Cadastre not AA so, I don't see why ARC would put a stop to the exclusivity. The wording on the last RNS makes it sound like ARC and AA have signed the agreement but just waiting for Cadastre.
Just wondering if anybody else was interested in us? Perhaps if we put a stop to the exclusivity they may make a commitment to stop someone else picking up a bargain. Are we so desperate that we have to let them do what they want in their own time?
Maybe there trying to tie it in with the Coronation, IMO this will not happen this week, its a poor show for sure, next time if they bother to tell people there will be a massive extension.
Its followed the same pattern every year. GL Most
With so many people involved in this deal at Arc, AA, Rothchild’s etc, it would be very difficult to keep a lid on it if a deal was coming in the next few days.
We would have almost certainly seen a surge in buying and a share price spike if a deal was imminent.
I believe, at this moment in time, we are still waiting on the Cadastre to sign off the licences.
That is not to say it couldn’t happen in the next 48 hours or so but if it doesn’t I think we are heading for our fifth extension.
I would love to be proved wrong though
Can't find anything scheduled (yet) but my guess would be an anouncement from Zam Gov as well as we are a small part of a much bigger story.
‘Odd not off
Hey Wiley I think so too, but my opinion drill plans would be high level or none whatsoever.
I think they may bury some bad news , if there is any. Botswana has been a quiet front, would be nice if they announce boosting drilling on that also.
Investors day would be good
...RNS Friday, followed by or including an investors call with an update on forward strategy from the company including AA drill plans and any new ventures outside of Zambia.
Just my opinion.
No they don’t but they have that as a deadline and it’s an off one so they have till COP on Friday.
Let’s see what happens, I’m not expecting another extension tbh, if there is one someone will need to explain. This really feels like they are close but something had taken a little longer till they like.
This is starting to get a little stressful. Surely they do not have to go right up to the deadline before signing a deal. Reminds me of moving house when there was a chain of 3 all moving on the same day with all the financial dealings done on the same day. One mistake would have meant all 3 falling through. Fortunately that all worked out fine so come on Arc get us over the line, preferably tomorrow.
Thank you Fulmar. That is re-assuring at least. Keep up the good work !
Portobello, forgive my suspicious nature, but after years of dealing with trolls on here I am extremely wary of "one posters". You may well be genuine but I will not expand on my statement other than to say if that news arrives it would only be perplexing on the face of it,but massively beneficial to Arcees.
Fulmar 29, pleased to meet you. I am a very long-term holder from Ortac days and I follow your posts with interest. You do a great job, along with a few others, in keeping up the spirits of LTIs. I was a bit concerned though about your post of yesterday evening when you said "Lots of news due,and on the face of it some might seem perplexing, but then the sun will rise, the rain will stop , and the Arc will sail." My concern was what you meant by news which might seem perplexing.
Not a skoobey ! and whether they have just one site as a sort of h/o or mobile accom etc.My guess is one site at a time with maybe an advance team for forwrd exploration for the others. The "squid" tech. would make it much easier to establish drill targets and they will have already been doing that before starting the JV agreement and probably ever since then under the exclusivity agreement.
Some of the preliminary work undertaken by Arc and AAL has been adopted as nationwide policy to enable the whole of Zambia to be "Aeromagged" and my guess is that some of the newer ESG measures that AAL bring will become "the norm".
FQM have already begun with their solar power site at Enterprise to help fuel the mining and processing on the land they got for free from Birdie, now due to be Africa's biggest Ni mine and processing plant..We could have sold our licenses in a similar (FiFi) manner and settled for a return of 5x Mcap-we haven't....!
When I say 'they'll want to get a move on this year.'
I mean sooner than later, rather than their being a question in my mind that they wouldn't drill this year. Just for clarity.
I suspect they will announce JV and enlarged area now within the exclusivity, hopefully drill plans but not sure on that. Although as youve all said I certainly think they'll have a firm idea of the drill plan, priority areas, spends and hopefully collar locations.
Not long now and even if the JV doesn't have drill plans, I'd anticipate they'll want to get a move on this year.
Whatever they do will, IMO, will be significantly more than ARCM would have spent alone and they'll catch up and overtake any progress ARCM would have made during the delayed JV period.

Thanks for your correction. Do you know how much infrastructure is needed at what cost, how many AA drill teams are waiting for the green light ?
Don't just think of drills for the AAL costs, there will be an infrastructure that obviously has costs, but will also shows a huge amount of commitment and belief
AAL already have dormant drill teams/equipment in Zam and can quickly move mobile labs and accommodation in.
The big question is what strategy do they use to drill ? Do they drill one area intensively and move quickly onto a mine (I think that would suit the Zam govt.) of spread themselves over several prospects. Nice problems to have.....!
