Tingo group shares flying today
Thanks for sharing the article SAT2-the content is good for miners but what is even better for the miners and Zambia is that it is all set out and legally binding.
Welcome Agricore
It could be a good time to invest now with a Re-rate of the SP happening, its getting closer each day to 3p or less, si if you get lucky and buy in at 2- 3p there is a good chance that you could double your money however in the unlikely event that news is released then it might go even higher.
Welcome to ARCM Agricole. I have held ARCM on and off over the last 5 years.
Yeah the ARCM BB is a very polarised place. The way Arc built their holdings in the Zambian licenses, the actions of some former directors / major shareholders and the subsequent relationship between them and ARCM has led to a lot of bad blood. The prolonged Anglo JV transaction and IMO some of the boards actions during that period has provided fertile ground for sniping, de-ramping and left many disillusioned and questioning their investment here. I, myself have been disillusioned and questioned the logic inveting here at times over the last couple of years.
However, I am pleased to say that since the last RNS, investor call and subsequent Anglo validation of the JV I am a lot more positive and fully reinvested once again.
For me the propsectivity and quality of ARCMs licences in Zambia were never in doubt. I genuinely think they are the most promising licences in the domes region of the Zambian copperbelt. IMO anyone who takes the time understand the geology and historical exploration work in the region will probably come to the same conclusion.
Regarding valuation, I personally think the current valuation ~£45m is about right for now. However, I do expect the valuation will start to increase once Anglo get started with ramped up exploration and drilling. And any significant copper intersections found will IMO see ARCMs valuation increase significantly.
I try to invest in companies with valuations that I expect to double and hope will 5x. From everything I know of the domes region of the Zambian copperbelt, ARCMs licences and Anglos exploration capabilities I am very confident ARCM tick that box.
Hello, I've dipped my toe into ARCM yesterday. I see there's some unhappy voices and happy voices here.
I felt the investment from AA provides a compelling reason to join the (partially) merry band. The multiple anomolies they say they are quickly going after, which appear to be analogous to the hugely profitable sentinel deposit, appear to be nowhere in the price I paid.

That being the case, just sell and be gone. I Understand your frustration but these operations take time, lots of time. PI’s tend to lose by their impatience, selling at lows. Stop reading these boards and get on with other aspects of your (presumably) interesting life.
World-class assets such as these don’t come along very often. AA certainly think so and have specifically mentioned ARCM in media coverage, and are providing an 80M facility for a percentage of whatever turns up (Lol, I’m sure they’ve a decent knowledge of the zone). Zambia is embracing the world again after a lengthy period of isolation, corruption and decay. Quite a lot of sorting to do, before assaying. But no more placements and a solid cash runway to get on with the job. Soon this will be reflected in the price, believe me. You just have to wait like a lazy Sunday fishing expedition .
Sit on your hands some more.
"assets we have"........ a few exploration licences, some (illiquid) Tingo shares, and a bit of cash. I'm with ac123, if there was an offer at 7 - 8p per share only a fool wouldn't have accepted it.
Ac if your objective was to "move on" @ 7-8p why o earth didn't you do it before ?
“ At least then, we'd have been able to move on.”
I presume you mean at least then YOU would have been able to move on. It’s a bit presumptuous to speak for everyone else! Personally I would have been highly disappointed to see a sell off of the assets we have for 7-8p.
I've held a sizeable position in this company since way back in the Ortac days.
Quite suddenly, I'm sick to death of it.
I'm sick of the game-changers which change nothing, the deals which are never completed,
the news flow which never flows, the prospects always put back, the share price which remains permanently depressed.
A year ago NvS said AA were "in a hurry". Oh yeah? Could have fooled me.
He says also the lack of an official statement fromn AA is because Arc is small fry.
I don't buy this. If Microsoft invested $80m in an AI startup, you'd hear about it.
I'm also sick of the sniping on this board. Can't we accept different points of view, even
when we disagree with them?
I wish - just wish - the company had been sold off in its entirety a year ago, at perhaps
7-8p a share.
At least then, we'd have been able to move on.
...
MT you should see it now,it's a chart showing comparitive performance against peers. The whole junior space is suffering which is a bit short sighted given the predictions of horrendous shortages that are coming. "It's all going to end in tears"
Tried to view the tweet F29. However, it seems that I'm blocked from viewing your tweets. 😲

Jarv, I would like to think you are right with that one, let's hope they get the money soon and let's hope the Cadastre get there act together then hopefully boom, but sadly I have seen it all before here. Good luck anyway

Patience...

Peggy the market is waiting for the cash to land then you will see a lot of interest here. Buy while its low.
With HH referring to Anglo as "our partners " and Anglo openly talking about our deal at the ZIF,there's not really a lot of room for the story to be read any other way. And not really a better or more promising time to be an investor here.
It would be nice for shareholders to see all the positives in the SP, a good explanation as to why the SP is were it is would be good if anybody could try and explain this.
I find myself being negative about this share as that's all its ever been to me negative, what has been positive about it?
Nice to see Anglo American’s head of government relations in Arc’s latest tweet. It certainly has the look of a deal that’s already done and dusted. I’m sure Nicks choice of image was quite deliberate 👍
I love a good bookmark.
Have a great day.
Cheers,
It's great that everyone is reading the same book, even if the pages, not to mention chapters, are a little confused. Hopefully our bookmarks are in the correct place.
Just clarifying the matter for everyone else, as you weren’t very clear as you didn’t state which call you were talking about. As dilution formulas were mentioned in the May 2022 call, and not the most recent call, I am sure they have been sorted out by now.
Also, regarding the cadastre, the licences are not being worked through in numerical order, therefore it’s inaccurate and potentially misleading to suggest there are hundreds of licences ahead of those lodged by both Arc (subsidiaries) and Anglo.
I am sure it wasn’t your intention to mislead so good to get things cleared up.
