Pop in from time to time to see if Georgie has actually done anything....
Seems not.
Apols for the o/t but I know many of you have lost a packet here like me and you may want to recover your losses at Kefi. News due within a week or so that should at least double the sp.
No offence intended but some sunshine instead of gloom would be much appreciated for most I can imagine. GL all.
Page 5: Extract from George Lucan interview 2nd Oct 2019
"Let’s begin with drilling, allegedly without planning permission:"
G.L: "That’s taking me back well before my time. I’m aware there were major issues with council. All I can say is that I come from a very regulated background myself so whenever I’m dealing with any of these assets I go with special attention to make sure that the regulators are properly communicated with, we hear what they say, and do what they say, because I’ve learnt, 30 years in finance, to do otherwise never works. You can win and sue the regulator. You can appeal against the regulator. Ultimately it comes back on you and you lose and the regulator keeps their job and you don’t keep yours."
So Tidswell c*ck*d up the first time around and Lucan - who apparently has "learnt" with over 30 years experience to properly communicate with regulators... FAILS TO COMMUNICATE with them! Maybe he should listen to his own advice and LOSE HIS JOB?
Amateur Angus :-(
How much grief I got on here when I said this was an over hyped dawg and people were crazy paying 18p plus etc. It was an exciting rise though into the 30,s before that and I got taken in by all the hype and fortunately derisked and sold most at an excellent profit. Looking back I think there was never much of value here ever. Worthless now.
I genuinely thought at one stage this company was going to make us all fortunes. 1000 bagger 5000 bagger maybe. I had done it before with asc from 4p but here it was all smoke and mirrors. Don’t give up though...another company will do it and you might be in. It just won’t be angs
Its not a dog just yet... as there are still people posting.
A true dog is when there is tumble weed on a BB for a stock... plenty of those on AIM.
No point in deramping a dead dog... the job is essentially done for you making you effectively redundent.
One explanation is that they've looked at Balcombe again and decided it's as big a dog as Brockham, Lidsey and the other gems in the portfolio.
By letting the EA do their work for them they kick the can down the road for another 12 months by which time they (may) have progress elsewhere. But the silence on the gas field front is also a major worry...............
Where's the RNS... I would have thought this was pertinent news to make available to shareholders?
I really can't see this talk of them wanting to take it private as being realistic.
They are so low in all the regulator's eyes it's going to be one of them that issues the final nail in the coffin!
My bet is the OGA. Angus must surely be a laughingstock to them by now!
They better hope they have that £2.5 million to pay back the company with major" Russian" connections!!!!!...............maybe a couple more disappearances if that's not returned........lol
Incompetence or Criminal incompetence......mmmmm guess my answer?
RNS will be shortly then it will hit 0.05, terrible goings on
Ja51,
I agree with you. In my eyes, Angus management either:
A) Willfully incompetent
B) Totally incompetent
I find it hard to believe that after such a long delay and after so much "supposed' due diligence and scrutiny by our "experienced" MD... that he managed to miss THREE basic items off the planning submission through his own incompetence... which can only mean these omissions were made on purpose!
0.85 ... if it's based on credibility still way over-priced unfortunately.
gkb
"The FCA and SFO should be looking very closely at this company and it's Board of Directors in my opinion" A
Never a truer word said!!
Unfortunately despite the overwhelming evidence they (or AIM) have done anything thus far!
YL
To be fair it probably wasnt George who compiled the documents sent to WSCC......................Let's not forget in his DD interview he thought the EWT was for only two years (not Three) and didn't know they had applied to use acid!
Finger on the pulse MD ..........LOL
I wonder where Lucan and Tideswell aka: Charlie London & Ocelot are today?
I felt sure they would have had some "positive" spin to add to this latest fiasco!
YL
Just a rumour, but ones playing elephant polo in Nepal, and the other is visiting a relative in Bolivia!!
Sorry Charlie, ment Belgravia......lol
Deliberate, they dont want to spend any cash whats so ever !!
Except on all expenses paid "Elephant polo Fact-finding missions for Toxic Tidswell" in his quest for the next jam tommorow lead!
Gkb47
Have you seen the state of the liner after they left the site on the last test. In my opinion It needs a new liner and that will need approval and signing off by the EA.
Most companies don't issue an RNS for something like this - its clear (and public) what the issues are and what has to be done to come into conformity. Nothing to comment on or explain TBH.
The issue of BoD competence is one left for the AGM..................
Any news which could have an adverse effect on an investment "should" be promptly notified via official RNS. No room for doubt there.
As a direct consequence of this management's latest FAILURE we now can look forward to:
1) further delay for Balcombe.
2) Requirement of re-submission of plans / adjustment / amendments / further tests / further ground work in general...
3) More cost as a consequence of points 1 & 2!
Not great for a company already running on fresh air and jam tomorrow empty promises!!!
"We are a team of petroleum industry specialists with a proven track record of operational excellence and fiscal discipline..."
I suggest a re-write for the Anguish Energy web site:
"We are a team of industry amateurs with a proven track record of operational failure and fiscal impropriety..."
YL
You must be mistaken as their website boldly states that they are
"MEETING THE ENERGY DEMANDS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM"
..............................With 13 Barrels a day????
Just about sums up how delusional this lot are.
“We will be able to achieve a lot more in the rest of 2019 than we have been able to do in the last couple of years in total.” -JTP in the London Economic.
Exactly. He and Lackey Lucan destroyed the share price by 96%
LOL, Ja51!
What about:
"Our firm provides conventional production and low-risk exploration opportunities that are cash flow efficient."
Who are they trying to kid!!!!!!!
"Our firm provides no production and high-risk exploration opportunities that are "heavily" cash flow dependent." Would be far more honest and accurate!
Maybe I should report them to Advertising Trading Standards?
