Looking good today
For once I think I got in at a good time
Getting quoted
250-1.189p
500-1.2798p
1m-1.3598p
He sold a fraction - a little bit of profit taking and he is still holding a very large amount. Nothing wrong with taking a tiny bit off the table when he bought very early
.He is still holding around 19% of the company !!!!
http://sc-capital.co.uk/team/
Now read the last tr-1
Rupert has warrants plus all his shares are held in Pershing nominee account , he has 40m shares which is 6.85%
Plus he has 83m shares which is 14.3% that are held in Barnard nominee account (through his company smaller company capital ltd)
Total share he holds 21.15% of the company
A HUGE AMOUNT
50% of shares are not in the open market (they are held by the biggest shareholders(..
A lot of the remaining shares are being held tight so every day that passes more and more shares are going into sticky hands by the new buyers (as we are at the very start of the company’s journey).
That’s why if you try and buy in size , say 1m shares you will get quoted 1.3p or for 500k shares 1.2p.
This proves the point and that’s why you have to pay a premium. What do you think will happen when the license comes and we have a 50m+ of shares traded in a day ?
Big demand with no supply !!!!
GL
Thanks T. If that includes the BOD's etc..leaves very few...because 584m in it self is few,but not that few.
Example....some have 146m,.172m..even less,(won't name)..it is confusing.
OK..move on from that.lol.
Thank you.
Oh but I’m not sure how it works with H L Nominees accounts / if investors own them or the company? But there is definitely only 584m shares
That’s including the bod shares the company’has only 584m in total at the moment
Re clarify..is the 584 mi shares ,including the BOD's..and Company's already bought in as you'l have kindly shown below. Leaving very few in free float ? Or is that (584M) on open market. ?
Thanks.
Hi all. Just a bit confused. Novice to this.
So..584 mi shares in issue ,but hardly any available on open market ?
Any Clariication would be grateful.
+As I said earlier, and backed up by another poster, I bought in (as did the other poster) but showed as a sell. It was that good a price :-)
