If it's old news, why publish it today?
No. The conference in Oman was So 22 - 24 April. This was, after the 16th April when the Energy Minister gave the speech in which he said The Development License had been approved by the cabinet (the final approval needed) and that TPDC had been instructed to issue the licence to ARA. Sounds like the delegation stayed on after the conference and was hosted by ARA
Ufufuo has just contacted me, more pigs ear. 🙄. "energy minister gave the speech confirming the license on the 16th of April". So the visit was afterwards but as you say Tom still positive
I was just about to say that Roger, end of April. So they went to Oman and then made all the statements regarding the license?
Still, really positive machinations.
Pigs ear day.... 22nd 24th April
After reading the article again I am beginning to think I and others may have read this as if it is today's event.
Digging further after a comment on Telegram, this event actually took place sometime between 24th to 27th April which could well have been the visit that gained the cabinet approval recently announced.
So I retract my previous comment on the photoshoot being lined up ready to go, that may still be for another day.
At least an RNS is still due any time now
I doubt there will be a clearer message than this before an RNS. When the big wigs travel they don't just drop in for a cup of tea and a slice of cake. For Tanzania, this could well be the biggest thing in their history and they will all want to be in on the ceremony.
My money is on Monday but it could come tomorrow.
All the indications are now in place as are the dignitaries required for the photoshoot. Party time in Oman 🥳. Good luck everyone our party soon after 🥳
Depends how long it takes for them to release the news and what that's released with, but it's all looking very positive. GSA is signed and sealed so financial terms are locked in. Finance inplace in the most undilutive way possible. The next 12 months look like a great opportunity to me.
The fact that our license has all approvals - whilst negotiations regarding the offshore projects are being delayed again + it seems Orca can’t get the time of day from the authorities to discuss their expiring agreements - is hugely significant.
Seeing the Energy Minister on a jolly out in Oman suggests relationships are very good and he is very focused on Ntorya. Also very reassuring.
And now he mentions bubbles
SQ320, I think you could be right !!
A visit to Oman also means that the Tanzanians can meet Omani government officials and royal family. A signing could well have the latter present.
Matherdj - how nice to hear from you !
You seem very confident of a re-rate ? You're sure I take it that it's not another bubble ?
Father and Son at it again , they always turn up together unless they are lovers of course
Oh dear !
Oh well, I have warned them to expect disappointment. Hey ho.
Two weeks maximum
Not looking great is it ?
You think we'll be back to 1p in a couple of weeks joyo ?
Really excellent find StockCheque! Thanks for sharing. As I just evidenced with photos on the Aminex telegram, one of the Tanzanian delegation was definitely the Energy Minister (who is also Deputy PM obviously).
So, the top brass are in town!
Joro 91 for christ sake learn some grammar , go back to school are you a florin

Buy than.everyone buy than.
1p coming back in two weeks
The spread is not the real picture. Having tested trades on iWeb I saw the two trades just go through marked as sells, on of 69740 shares, the other 74426 shares, so I went on iWeb to see how much I'd pay if I bought the latter and guess what, it's the same price as the trades that went through, 1.325p. So ignore where the automated system puts these trades, work it out yourself.
Buy 74426 AEX - AMINEX ORD EUR0.001 CDI at a price of 1.325p
Hi Rellik
Managed to buy just now 1K worth
Been out all day. If home in time I might get a top up
