M&P looks to halt (or complete) their drilling exploit somewhere in mid 2026, with an agreement to mob to rig to Ntorya. No official releases yet, but its getting there, everything else in place.

This would mean a massive cut in ARA's drilling + workover budget.

To be honest its probably had some really good consolidation and created a new floor.

Penny stocks need news and news is slowly starting to drop.

The pipeline has started so production is a sure thing now, yes may move back/forth a month or 2 but its happening and so will ch1. Sub 2p range will also dissappear soon enough

The best position aex has been in, in a very long time. The pipeline progressing is a major milestone, all parties will want to push forward asap to production, including getting ch1 drilled.

Fully funded, no more raises to come with prodiction income due soon enough, plenty more wells, gas demand increasing, huge resource. What's not to like

But the sells for an expected drop backnpist AGM were mostly done at 1.8 to 2p, i think even you confirmed selling half of your holding in that range (apologies if I got that wrong and fair play)

Anyone selling above 2p likely selling for profit not the usual pullback we see every year almost. And taking profit is a good thing.

But anyway, hopefully with the pipeline finally moving forward things can be different for aminex, if ch1 happens too before production starts.

Well not as low as they expected i think. 10% discount for large amounts that were sold.

The 'sellers' anticipated post AGM pattern did not happen, and this raise was a fluke for the drop to buy back, not expected to happen by sellers who wanted back in cheaper.

But end of day good move to buy back in.

Of course news will affect the SP too in a non predicting way. But in general.

Shares exchanging hands is a good thing at this level. Will help create a new floor and a decent leg up upon next positive news/progress.

Yep. The last trade at 1.71 may explain the spread but not sure if it's small or big yet.

It's making the buys look like sells, I can buy 8K for 158

The shares are an exchange for 8 million pounds. So that is value added to the company in some form.

The money will be spent for EWT and if it's successfull then the company will be more valuable than today, so the huge amount of shares are hopefully going to add value (or not)

They are about to get options soon enough, why would they buy?

Yes but AEX finally coming to fruitation as the fundamentals and discovery are amazing. So much news to come next few months, and a huge drill.

Can anyone explain how these options work please? For example do the directors just get the shares allocated and can hold or sell them once the share price holds over 2p for 5 days?
