Can't remember where we got the information from that the Appeal is expected to be concluded by by the first half of 2024. Was it in an RNS?
The request we recently heard about should read 'for' not from...the request from The Nature Conservation Agency. Not sure where I got it from, that it was for the SSNC, but it doesn't really matter who it was from, does it. And so the Saga continues winding about in it's surreal sort of way. The thing that keeps us in, of course, is the treasure, the Iron. π
Morniing Toph...The answer is we don't know. We've recently learned that the Appeal is expected to be concluded by the first half of 2024, which is a pretty big window. An appeal according to the Book is supposed to be lodged within three months of the Decision the Appellant is appealing against. In this case the Sami were allowed extensions until early December 22, 9 months. That was all we knew. Then recently we learn that The Government has been given an extension to submit a response (presumably to a request for some information) which was early January and they asked for an extension and were given to 23 February but they replied on 15 February. The extension we recently heard about from The Nature Conservation Agency (I believe) we know nothing about. I would guess that all 'Actors' have been asked for a response to some questions. Hope that helps.
Morning all, from posts below...looking for a bit of education :)
What are we expecting to occur on the 27th of Feb (delayed from the 23rd)? I am assuming related to the court date?
Thanks
Thanks Honeybun. π

Andy, thanks for the info. Only a couple of days extra then, not including this weekend. Itβs good if thatβs all it is, and because itβs only a very short extension, it is difficult to see the timescale being extended yet again.
Andy...Well, at least it's 27 Feb 2024, for a minute I thought it was 2027. So... they couldn't get it together then and after all these years. Lol. Wonder if there'll be another and another....?
Same lady lawyer who wanted the extension for the 23rd.
... February 27.
Fortescue were established in 2003...just been reading their 'About us' .
Thanks Troaj.
They have a revenue of $17 billion and produce 180 million tonnes of ore per year. Beowulf has no revenue and no operating mines and produces 0
Good that Troaj, cheers for sharing.

Hope you are right SJ. I havenβt tried traded yet, only sold a few because I needed to a few months ago, but trading is probably the only way now that Iβll ever my investment back. Iβm not thinking of profit, only to break even.
But a pleasant surprise wouldnβt go amiss.
Good luck to us all.
Blinded by quality deposits in apparent tier 1 jurisdictions only to be fecked about by the Swedish authorities and our own board. Hindsight eh..
Still think we could do well, but not by the expertise of the BOD, more the quality of deposit could carry us for a few more spikes yet.
Taken us too long SJ, because for years we were obviously stunned from the sheer disbelief of what was actually occurring. Lol.
We've sussed it Eric, 12 years too late but we got there... π
I wish I could have started years ago. Lol.
Iβm interested to see who we do get though. As usual, probably never heard of them, lol, but thatβs all part of the intentional illusion of mystique, purposefully created in order to continually string us along. π«
OK. When can you start?
First thing Iβd do is fire the BoD members. All of them, having cunningly pretended to only be interested in the role for the purposes of massaging my own ego and for the prestige. Clever eh? Disguised as one of them, but really only totally focused on turning the company around for existing shareholders.
Fancy that..
A human being, yes...we're pretty much all the same. Lol.
Possibly Sooz. A nice ego trip for a wrongly appointed duffer who thrives only on the perceived prestige attached to the role. Lol.
