“……The Capital Raise has also been structured such that existing shareholders will be preferentially able to take part in the Capital Raise and therefore mitigate the impact of the discount."
Pmsl. He’s trying to make it sound as if we should be grateful for this noble action. What about your useless bargaining power Ed, to strike a deal at 0.61p?
You should be ashamed of yourself and take a pay cut equivalent to the percentage discount you’ve given, then after we’ve had the Court decision on Kal, fu.ck off!
F.ukin’ wa.nk RNS releases.
SJ, I don’t think “ouch” is strong enough. 0.61p over here. Bowie has had six months to ensure this didn’t happen. And we are still keeping Vardar running while we almost go under. What?
Well....
Not. Good.
Sit tight, and someone will post about a grand plan and H2G or Lkab (Kallaks natural owner) coming to the rescue.
Share indices and crypto at all time highs, markets still awash with QE and talk of war; and yet these clowns still talk of a challenging climate to raise funds.
0.61p and over a billion shares to be potentially issued. Ouch.. very poor management. Tell the market we are doing a fundraising which drops the price by 30-40% then after a few weeks say they are doing it at a 30% or so discount to ongoing price.. wow.
A promising company chocked by poor management and leadership; and successive inept governments.
This will be taken private for a pittance.
And not forgetting the Vardar deal, issuing another 52 million shares.
There's confidence for you...
0.61p and not underwritten in the UK.
0.88 in Sweden and underwritten to the tune of 60%.
That won't see us out for the next twelve months.
Utterly derisory.
50% sale, now on 😏
Yes...lol, I usually do, but you can't depend on it.
Baited Suzy ha ha.
I knew you'd come out swinging.
Really? Sanr?
Find some other fixation. Your limpet like attachment to this sunk ship is pathological.
I could give a list of the personal things you've posted about on here, Ibjj, but I'll spare you the embarrassment. I'm invested in this, I'm interested in it and you're not. In my book that makes me a lot saner than you are.
How about doing something else with your life, Suzy when nothing is happening. There is no obligation for you to post anything.
I've no interest in anything other than BEM related views and info.
Frankly I've no interest in 90% of your posts about BEM either as it's generally completely unrealistic un the mistaken faith in this being a worthwhile investment for anyone.
But my idea of OK might be different, Roller, from yours.
I also hope it turns out ok, but if nothing is happening silence is ok also... Poetry, songs talking bollxxx and general attention seeking isn't needed.. if you do have followers that enjoy that bilge private message them... have a great evening all..
What's your angle Roller? Why would you attack me for believing this might turn out OK when you've got over a million shares? You know why I've posted general conversation...because we've had to wait endless months and years knowing sometimes there'd be nothing else to talk about.
So now this forum is for Discussing things...but I'm sure some poems and songs will be thrown in the mix very soon...sadly..
Parkijaure No 8 is interesting; if and when we get the green light for Kallak No 1, the road to No 8 will surely be clearly established, as Wots has already said, I'm just agreeing with him...just might be allowed to do that. :-)
I would what kurt is doing now I can not see him any were
We should be discussing things on here not indulging in personal abuse so let's try it.
Maddog...sorry that 'quickly' shouldn't be there...I read it very quickly earlier and I thought I saw a printing error, maybe the one you noticed.
£905,555 in cash was held at 31 December 2023 (31 December 2022: £1,776,556).quickl
Not from private shareholders, once they've served their purpose, it will be carved up. Do you think the capex required will be raised via small private investors, or do you think any institutional investor will demand absolute control and therefore the equity (Your shares) in the business? And do you think big business plays fair? Or indeed pays fair?
The board has demonstrated it's inability to achieve a sustainable share price that reflects the companies assets, and so it can be bought for pennies... Literally. Who's got your interests?
Just leave me out of it Pocko...people are responsible for their own investment decisions. How was this Company an AIM junior minor, having waited nine years for a decision going to get the money to build a mine. I have believed they would get a favourable decision and they did...now we've wasted nearly two years waiting for the Appeal decision and time is money. Uncertainty is the killer here.
