And here WE go AGAIN ...
Does the 'strong buy' crowd have something against a " balanced " point of view on this board or what ?
Anyway , whatever , believe whatever one wants , it's no skin off my Back
Funny when Nolupus said "I haven't been reading the other board for quite a while, but nobbygnome was only one of a very few worth reading on there".
Nolupus would say that because its Nolupus' own posts !
Cauldstream7,
OF course that hypothesis IS totally false .
IS that direct enough for you ?
Nolupus:
Is this a denial of Nolupus=nobbygnome? Your reply seems very gnomic, and very typical of your posts.
Wildbunch, It just goes to show that the majority of posts on here are worthless and totally false, but whatever..
I havent been Reading the other board for quite a while , but Nobbygnome was only one of a very few worth Reading on there.
Nolupus are you nobbygnome?
We always need drugs for diseases.
No cure for lupus. Market needs lupuzor to be a block buster.

Imagine what would happen when the clinical trial commences, and if the results this time are positive. Which hopefully they should be as the population would be based off the previous clinical trial. The subpopulation in that study was positive. The sky is the limit guys

Pleases that Tim is at conference spreading the word.

Lordloadsoflolly.
Nolupus on this board is nobbygnome on the ADVFN board, if you dont already know. Make no mistake they're are the same person.
"Avion clearly greatly involved in those decisions and steps, which although is a long process , means it more likely to be worth it....in the end"
You could not have put any clearer words Poker Chips.
I have been holding here for years and I can honestly say, that so far this is the furthers that we have walked towards the finish line. With the backing of Avion behind us, there is a high degree of probability that they can carry us over the line. I have never felt so confident before regards IMM proving up P140. This is not Avions first time going to a disco, they would not have become involved in a small pond and taken on a small fish if they did not think for a moment that they has something of beauty which they could turn in to a very large fish.
This stock is not for the faint hearted, however, if you just hold the line patience will be your salvation.
Good luck to all new and old holders of IMM.
Patience is the key

Lordloadsoflolly,
Imm have Made a few U turns on this P3 trial , thats for sure .. It's hard top keep UP to them Tbh
That'd why it's so important that IMM publish the protocol on the clinical trials website, imo
Until that happens, everything IS a bit UP in the air .. and therefore subject to lots of conjecture and speculation as well as volatility ..
Just following up on my last post, I know Dallo said " Please contact Tim or Lisa to obtain independent clarification on this".
However, neither of them is neutral. Hence my request to point to where the FDA - rather than IMM employees - has issued this information.
Wildbunch - you're correct in saying "Loads picked this up from nobbygnome on the ADVFN board where both contribute". And I will apologise if it's shown to be wrong.
Whilst nobbygnome & I differ on some issues, he clearly has a great deal of highly relevant experience in this field. He was the one who highlighted the inadequate dosage issue, for example, YEARS before it came to light during the last failed P3 trial.
It would be helpful if Dallo could point to where, exactly, the FDA has stated the following:
"However after further review and consultation between all parties, it was considered that a full Phase 3 incorporating a dosage testing regime , the results of which would be released during a number of interim breakpoints in the trial. The FDA is apparently satisfied with this strategy."
"Apparently satisfied" sounds more like hearsay than fact to me. But I'm not saying Dallo's wrong, just asking for the written evidence, so we can put this issue to bed either way.

....Infant Drug Status which will accelerate the trial process. We all know that IMM is looking for a pharma to finance the CIDP and we believe the BOD when it says it expects to find a partner for the CIDP trial this year. There have been trials/investigations by IMM which have led to the approval by FDA of the P140 trial in the case of CIDP. FDA support for the new Phase 2/3 CIDP trial is not in doubt, only the finance for it.
Flash212:
You omit to say that meetings with FDA have been held and that FDA has given its agreement for a drug from the P140 platform can be used in an adaptive Phase 2/3 Trial on patients with CIDP.
The recent RNS issued by Immupharma on 6 March also states that an application has been drawn up in collaboration with Simbec-Orion which has been appointed as CRO to take charge of the CIDP adaptive trial to apply for CIDP for Infant Drug
Laurence Reilly I should say
My phone is going bonkers tonight on fast text
Too old for this technical challenge..doh
A further interesting fact on the BMS takeover of Karuna is that BMS completed the deal in the knowledge that there are potential royalties payable to Puretech and Royalty Pharma of over $1billion..yes Royalty Pharma where our Non Executive Director, Laurence O'Toole is a Senior Vice President..
"...but there is a risk it will fail. "
It is all about reducing the probability of failure , and it is evedent many steps have be taken and decisions made, over many months to reduce that probability
Lower probability of failure is obviously teh, a higher probability of success
Avion clearly greatly involved in those decisions and steps, which although is a long process , means it more likely to be worth it....in the end
