whether you are NASA are even Oppenheimer or anyone else trying to achieve a successful outcome , the probability depends on using the right people, and focusing on the detail
Nothing is ever guaranteed, there is always a probability of failure and the "Achilles heel" is of course about eliminating the smallest of issues that might cause the biggest affect on that probability of failure ....NASA knows all about that
so..here ..you will never have a 100% trust because you don't actually know the full behind the scenes detail....so...all you can do is assess the level of detail provided and knowledge/experience of those you know who are being used to put the plan together
The long timescale and detailed step by step moves, does however suggest though that a lot has and continues to be done to improve that probability of success

I might agree With that IF i knew and trusted everyone and every detail , which i don't..
Trust IS something that needs to be earned , imo
But everyone to their own.
But your not invested in IMM, you never have been. It makes absolutely no difference to you if this gets proved up or fails. So why post here? Again I ask you why you are here. Are you man enough to answer a straight forward question Nobinpus?
Frits
Indeed. Two sides. You’re learning :)
Amazing how some people sound so liké frits ...
Won't say anymore but there is Always Two sides to a coin !!!
Liké it or Lump it ..
The obvious point is - if/when we get details of phase 3 and news of a partnership - the shares will no longer be at 2p anymore. They will likely be at some multiple of it. The whole point is to assess the risk/return while in a state of uncertainty, not wait for the uncertainty to be removed and the shares respond. I’m sure some people have lost their shirts in immupharma - but often forgotten - many made excellent returns by buying during the scepticism at 20p, early on during the last phase 3 trial. In fact, by the time the result was announced in 2018, , I had already paid off my original investment by selling shares at a multiple of what I had bought them for - and ran a free position. Happy to be corrected, Ibut I don’t recall the current crop of sceptics among those who ran similar positions..
Dallo-YAWN as well!
Yorkshire
You have now encouraged Nolupus to start up the same drivel he has been spouting for 8 years..passive aggressive so called pearls of wisdom except now he even seems bored with his own never-ending" same old same old" with Capital letters everywhere and for someone who has never bought a share in Immupharma , Nolupus is one strange poster with a fetish about the regurgitation of his only opinion on Immupharma.
Look to the stars but keep your feet on the ground..dozens more such" wise sayings "at the end of each of his posts... yawn!

The Potential depends on the DETAIL of the preparation , and that where things are looking better .... the right team and the right advice from the right people ...to get each step...RIGHT
sounds obvious ... but the obsession with the detail is what will make the difference
IMO
The POTENTIAL IS there BUT until we get proof of the P3 start and the signing of a major New commercial deal one should be cautious, imo
This IS IMM on AIM, where many have Lost there shirts because they only Saw the potential whilst being blind to the risks !
But whatever will be, one Can Take a donkey to water, but one can't force them to drink ...
And if this plays out right, 20p is only 80m mcap which is not huge for 3 assets.

15-20p will do me nicely, 👌
Wigwammer. We are both singing off the same hymm sheet. I value alot of people's opinions on here including NOLUPUS who brings a balanced view point in my opinion. I think people are starting to become aware of the huge potential gains which could come through IMM and the impact it could have on the poor lupus sufferers.
Absolutely Yorkshire - I am not suggesting this returns to 180p. But I am suggesting that a similar multiplication off the lows is entirely possible - into the 15-20p range. They just need a small bit of success to start the ball rolling.
There is a hell of a lot more shares in circulation now than when it sat at 180. Also alot of the rights signed away but this could hit 30p quite quickly if all the moving parts fall into place. DYOR.
The key thing here is this will be a phase 3 - pretty unique for a company of this size. It will take only a very small inflow from an outsourcing deal to bring that point into focus. No more dilution - just a phase 3 in a blockbuster indication. This is what the successful investors recognised prior to the last phase 3 when the shares were 20p or thereabouts , and consequently multiplied above 180p. They need to do very little to kickstart that engine all over again. IMO. DYOR
Pokerchips -Agree no consolidation. Research gas show has no medium/long term effect on company value-and why should it-the fundamentals remain the same whatever the number of shares-hence the value remains the same.
May have initial short term impact which will disappear- those who benefit will be the financial advisors and placing brokers-sharehoders will pay!
Board need to concentrate on deals-getting trial going etc etc.

Would be nice to see an update on the conference this week
MXC had over 4 billion shares and they did a ×100 consolidation to 43 million
Hid all the horrors of the confetti like share issues in one move...
Doesnt need a consolidation here IMO
During the past 10 years, the highest closing price was 190p on 03/01/2018. A long way short of 1200p. When was that dizzy height reached, Flash?
Immupharma never had a share price at 1200p. It was a merger and IMM was listed on AIM London stock market I think it was in 2006.
IMM could consider to do a share consolidation to boost the share price. I wouldn't say 400m shares IMM have now in circulation is too high. To bring it down under 100m would be nice. Certainly would boost the share price for sure.
Quite amazing IMM still have only 400m shares considering the number of years they been operating since their formation and never had share consolidation done. Don't be fooled by other pharma peers on AIM having only tens of millions shares in circulation. Almost all of them have had share consolidation done otherwise they would be in multi billions, if not high in hundred of millions.
And we can expect updates on our assets.
The sp is on its knees as the moment, very undervalued imo.
