I agree, Brombarb
I don’t think it will move much from current price unless we get amazing drill results and/or a decent farm-out partnership

In my opinion SP could just meander at current level +- a few percent for the forseeable future with only the possibility of news of farm outs at Phoenix or Leonis to give a fillip.
PEL93 Namibia 2D will not be a catalyst, Longhorn also will not impact on SP.
As for "fully funded " we have post flow test costs from Phoenix, we also have stage payments at PEL93 to manage.
Company has forecast net inflow of US$3M at Longbow, which I assume is after workover costs.
So we should have funds to cover rents and planned activity but that is all.
Overview of Developments. I’ve written an update on PANR in response to questions being asked.

Posting it here for your info. As it pencils out the current opportunity for State backing of O&G companies on the N/slope.

Exactly how much are you losing in your large holding Sharebel?? 🤡😂😂
Munniemoans ‘offsetting’ lol so what imaginary price did these SOPHs buy at…I am waiting? They would not be rich SOPH’s if they held onto their positions failing to sell when the price rose into 0.44’s on 1st discovey or indeed at any point much higher than this 12 month ATL. I am all ears Munnie so torx to me! IMHO DYOR
Hsg.
Is it speculation that 88e are down 61% on the year, 40% on the month, and 23% down in the last week on the 'successful' drills. And is it speculation that despite 3 rns to try and get the price up 88 did a 40% discount placing at company lows at 0.16p that no director participated in to sophs and insties that are being sold into the market as we speak, as evidenced by the enormous below mid point reported late prints daily...
No, its not specualtion. Unfortunately its reality.
The two are not the same.
1) 88E has had 2 successful drills and we are still waiting on results.
2) Texas is ticking along nicely
3) Exciting new prospects in Namibia
4) Fully-funded for at least a year
…everything else is just speculation
…in your opinion
The only thing you can be sure of is Brombard will keep ramping and loosing money, spouted his drivel when the SP was 3p about and the other surety is the SP will keep falling on never ending dilution until the BOD gets Sussed, money then runs out and the administrators execute the receiverships.
As expected, huge after hours prints of sells below mid point in day (.165-.180)
Offsetting by sophs.
Will simply continue until they are done scraping some marginal profits. Shares will officially hit register and of course SP will tumble further on the dilution. Chain reaction coming.
Standard operating procedure when brokers help out the sophs and insties... Like clockwork.
Sharebel will have some other explanation all the way down to sub 0.100 Im sure.
And a lot on here don't understand this. They think it's binary.
I am turned off buying panr from the serial ramping crew in here and not even posting on their own board.
Bill Armstrong managed to complete only one of three drills planned this season, Alaska is a tough place nothing can be taken for granted.

Skippy please come on have you not been around the block and see/know what is happening in front of your eyes? WHERE is the stock coming from to sell so many big trancges and so low just above the placing price if not from the actual placing stocks? Give your head a wobble as all you are doing is falling in line with the false narrative! IMHO DYOR
Sharebel
You are utterly clueless…….
Lol Mike then THINK ABOUT IT - so these ii and sophisticated investors held large amounts of stock all the way through the share price over last 12 months reaching 55 and the lowest placing price last year was 0.23 so are you honestly believing thay they think ok (and this is not just one but many according to Old Duffer many to explain the huge trades) ok let’s spend more money at 0.16 and take a massive loss from the stock we currently hold in order to do so? Yeah right and they didnt think for one moment to sell any when they could’ve even a few weeks ago at 0.44! Wow I think both of you do not qualify as sophisticated investors then! If any ii did that they woud not last 5 seconds in the City! OldDuffer is an aid of the Oz naked shorting fund even he now with this theory actually underlines that if that were true that the sophisticated investors and ii think it will rise above 0.16! He has tied himself in knots and now stitching himself up lol. So where is all this stock coming the large trades sells from if it’s not the 0.16 current placing shares being forward sold! I rest my case! IMHO DYOR
In reality there are placees who will sell quickly based on a small margin and placees who will hold for longer. It's no different to any other investor or trader except that the placed shares are relatively cheap and that means they are more likely to buy. But then since the placing was announced we have all had the option to buy at more or less the placing price.
Right now the sp is pinned to the placement price and will be until the new shares are added to the market next week. We are simply not close enough to the next news event for the sp to detach itself from that. It's like a huge anchor for now. Who would want to buy shares at significantly more than the placement price right now when they know that next week a whole stack of them land for .16?
All assumptions though as none of us know for a fact
Or have twice as many shares with a slightly higher average ;)
i think i agree with olderwiser here.
if you can buy £5m worth of shares at 0.0016 and you already hold £5m worth and can sell at 0.00169.
you would as you would gain about 150m new shares which could then gain in value as the sp increases.
feel free to check by bag of a *** packet calcs
Taxi
Apply a different logic, if you have a losing trade, and someone offers you a deal to replace all your losing shares with cheaper ones, would you take it. and sell your more expensive ones.
The margin between the cheaper shares and what the market pays for the same number is yours. You have not got all your losses back, but you have got some cash back and have the same number of shares
Have to agree with this one Older, if they are selling held stock they must be making a loss.
Sharebel
Take your ramping hat off, and put on your thinking cap.
It does not matter what price they paid, that was a different mistake. This is their opportunity to recover a little of that, by playing the margin between the new issue price they have secured, and the market price. These people are more rational, and experienced than the average punter, you so try to play, with your MMs and conspiracy theories
Oldduffer explain when they would’ve acquired them? When?At what price? You are talking absolute bull! We genuine shareholders will not be helping out your Oz naked shorting activities! Nobody in their right minds would think now is the right time to sell! You Sir are telling porkies and you cannot support or substantiate your assertions because its b*llocks! IMHO DYOR
Now cannot buy a bean NT on buy side for all amounts! I can still sell all my large holdings how curious! Looks like the demand for stock is growing and growing! MM playing their games to actually collect and no bites! Obviously! IMHO DYOR
