8 months? And the rest.

Why would anyone find themselves in Tagrin - unless they're lost?

At least 5% of diddly is really diddly - SL Gov won't be impressed though if they shelled out on the terminals...

Still at least the Bod are delighted..

Lipstick. Is it dead or sleeping again?

Come on Fowler 'shortly' and 'near future' are done. That was a month ago. We're at least four months on since you thought you (and the client presumably - they'd put you on standby - not the other way round OBVIOUSLY) were ready to finalise... 'another episode of the substantial yet intangible progress we have made? - Or a funding/contract combo?

PFs statement implies that as sea coach express expands their fleet our revenue will increase , this is only achievable if they use our concession at Tagrin , 25 - 30mins from Lungi , Sea coach£s terminal is five mins , so why would they use Tagrin ?
Any revenue we do receive will be less seven days a week staffing costs and 5% kick back to SL government for leasing the terminals ( I£ll bet their cock a hoop at the deal ) .
I wouldn£t be surprised if they nip a speedboat down there at crossing times to ferry the handful of passengers across the bay ..... in short its joined our list of operations that lose money /o:

Yes it's been said many times over the last 8 months or more that the BOD do not care about the share holders, very sad really.
If and I know it is a big if they do sign this contract, does that make a good BOD ? Unfortunately NOT !

commencing on Monday 25 September, under which they will take over the Sovereign (SL) operations and responsibility for managing the service and vessels, including the Sierra Princess, and will expand the Sovereign fleet by several more vessels. Westminster Group will be jointly promoting and marketing the enlarged operation and will receive a share of revenues on ticket sales made through its own operations, together with a payment for all passengers travelling to and from its terminals.

The Group will continue to operate and manage the terminals in accordance with its 21-year agreement signed with the government in 2014. This move is expected to push the Group back to achieving a positive contribution from ferry ticket sales and passenger royalties from Q4 2017.

Going forward, the Managed Services division will become the Group£s key focus; clearly, with ever-increasing international threats to airport security there are many business opportunities to target in emerging markets. Growth in passenger numbers continued across all airlines except Air France, which declined due to a reduction in their flight numbers. Looking ahead, launch of a new service by Fly Mid Africa in July 2017, commencement of flights to Nigeria by Air Peace later this month and Turkish Airlines who are looking to begin services in Q4 2017, can be expected to create opportunity for significant passenger growth.£

Q - This ferry debacle, in the long run, when they add more 'fleets' if the takeover company ever do, this will surely be beneficial to WSG and we should be expecting higher revenues when this plan goes forward and as it progresses?

Cash Burn
Fri 17:51
What's our cash burn, wasn't it supposed to be 200k a month?
So with the training and support, and the new flights in NOV...
What do we get for each passenger, was it $40?
Should be eating up that cash burn?

ASKY Airlines

If I'm reading the table on the below link correctly, it looks like ASKY will be doing 5 departing flights a week from Freetown from 1st Nov.

I think they forget they are running our company - we’re not invested in theirs.

They are legally required to notify about significant developments or changes to business expectations. If it wasn't announced by RNS, it therefore can't be very significant to the business. Maybe the profit margins are tiny? Looks like payments are only around £5k each unfortunately.
