A key point from what Colin said yesterday is for DMS to get awarded points from Euroncap it must be installed across all trims not just the top spec trim.
Thats huge as VW will want the points, hence its across all Golf trims, not start with the top spec and a slow drip down to lower trims

I seem to recall about 10 years ago s2020 banging on about wording on the fedex website which was the same wording as SEE used for fleet so therefore that meant we had a huge deal with FedEx - I think we are still waiting for that one.
Don’t forget he has also predicted a fleet deal with Coca Cola because of PM likes on LinkedIn. Again still waiting.
The next 2 kpi’s will gives us a clue on this - if we are going into all these models now then we should be on way more than 2million cars come the August kpi’s
VW don’t need to put camera based DMS into the golf or indeed any current model until 2026, I’d be surprised if it was in there.

It may well now include DMS for new models but it is not definitive.
It is correct S2020 - the ID4 Spec since 01/01/2024 includes the exact term and does not include DMS.
What terms are used elsewhere does not negate that fact.
I also think it's camera based DMS on the Golf, Polo etc (Advanced driver attention & drowsiness monitor). In contrast to the ID3, which I guess is the steering wheel based stuff (Driver alert system, fatigue detection).

Unfortunately » "Advanced driver attention & drowsiness monitor" is a term which has been in place in VW for over 6 months. It is in the ID4 spec since January and is merely a cover term for the various sensors, Lane crossing alerts etc.
It does not definitively mean that DMS in camera mode is included.
Need to research a bit more before jumping to conclusions and adding 2 + 2 to give 5.

Nice spot that seeing2020. I'd got to thinking we were only going to be in VW EV platforms based on a post from Colin back in Jan, but you can clearly see 'Advanced driver attention & drowsiness monitor' under the Golf petrol vehicles.
Hopefully, we get in a decent number of vehicles with both VW and BMW. Who knows where we stand with Ford Bluecruise.

I am glad to know that PM is busy making sure all the workers that work for VW are clocking in to work on time. Shows how little I know, here is me thinking that a CEO job is to provide strategic direction lead negotiation teams to negotiate contracts.
Anyway it does not matter what we spout here positive or negative. Sometimes PI have a higher estimation of their influence on the share price. The truth is that at the moment irrespective of what we think, the market is voting that he is not performing and the share price is following suit. If anyone thinks that any investor will come here and buy the shares because I said it is the best thing since sliced bread or because I said it is the worst since the plague then they are deluding themselves.
They will do their research, judge the potential market size, listen to a few of PM presentations and ..that is where the doubt starts cropping in. He says one thing as and does not deliver to any type of timeline. Unlike some that have become emotionally attached to their shares the newbie will make a cold eyed decision whether he can trust the team to do what they are saying they will do, based on past promises.
There are a host of professional investors around and they have not started to pile in even at this price. When SEE starts delivering we will see hoards of professional investors coming in. Even the broker that is paid by SEE to promote good vibes has not exactly said bet your farm on it while some PI are saying £2 by next month.
We must all be better investors than the professionals and that is why we have time to hang around on this BB thinking that what anyone says has much influence on the share price. The percentage of SEE share holders that read this BB is infinitesimal.
It’s turned from looking like an almost cert to a hopeful punt. Some of the nonsense McGlone has spouted over the years and the telegram clappers still hang on his every utterance and every LinkedIn post he likes. That’s fine but if you dare question it you’re either a paid shill/short/deramper etc. if the next 2 Kpi’s aren’t great ( and a lot of the clappers are putting their faith in them) then what. What’s the next excuse. The market clearly isn’t convinced no matter how many times McGlone likes a LinkedIn post from someone at Valeo or magna.
You just need to go onto the configurator on the VW website, clearly shows the DMS as standard on all trims.
