Sadly they may yet be kingmaker again after next elections in Scotland.
Could it be that Dublin will follow Holyrood and return the Greens to richly deserved obscurity ??
Thanks all - reassuring information.
Erebus,
By my calcs, Paul owns approx 46M shares, Lonny ~1.9M. Both also have 15.355M options.
See the RNSs 16th and 17th Aug and 1st December from last year.
It all became a bit confusing after the directors loaned shares to the company to facilitate various placings during 2023. However, the annual report should be published sometime soon (last year it was published in April) which will presumably give the precise figures.
Hope this helps.
Erebus , PG/Paul Griffiths has ~ 8% - see page 3 of 14 March 24 Proactive Presentation.
From memory, Lonny has
Thxs - I'll wade through it again - I was working from the 2023 Annual Report page 66 which lists 'Substantial' shareholders down to 2.41%; no directors listed, just Nominee accounts?
We will test our wells........
And........
We will drill another well.........
Then....
We will then know where we are.........
Hold and wait or sell.......
The research is out there for all to read.
Have a great day!
Click on directors deals button above . it shows deals for 2018 to today,as for % of company the info is out there in rns,s think lonny owns circa 30% of company. so lots of skin in the game.
The person who invented the pause button deserves a medal,.........
Have been looking in vain for director holdings ... could anyone please inform or point me in the right direction? Thxs.

Here for the potential as well. Mentioned this is risk capital and lucky I can generate funds for other risk capital investments. I see potential for a significant multi bag here, ideally I'd like to recycle that into other stocks if the timing permits to add to other investment in these stocks. Hence my occasional frustration at timelines.
Believe Sandjet testing is imminent.
Sont ici !
I prefer the ones Kylie used to promote though!

Same here , easy just scroll past the green lines, shame as this was a highly informative bb with many knowledgeable people, generously giving there lifetimes knowledge for FREE. thankyou, you know who you are. i even google most of my spellings before i post to look more intelligent than i am... why do people need to disrupt with total fud/cr*p, we all know the risks of investing,im here for the possible 50 bagger... gas and oil are still globally needed for many years,a find this big is life changing, for all who are invested in it, the others look on with jealousy.
Once a deadline passes we all make a choice to either stay invested or move on. Nothing ever runs in a straight line and you have to decide do you believe what the BOD is saying.
I’m struggling to understand the constant noise around missing the next deadline, one thing is for certain, time stops for no one and you will have the same choice as everyone else. As previously stated my gut feeling is we stopped being in charge of our own destiny sometime ago. For me it’s not a case of do I trust our majority shareholder but do I trust those with the most to gain.
What are your concerns with Chariot?
Feel free, however I express my concerns there as well..as I hold shares on both PRD and Char .
You don’t like objectivity or counter discussion one bit do you ?
@Thebold
🤣.
Maybe I should post on the Chariot board to counter your unbalanced views.
You’ll take umbridge for sure!!

Not here at a loss, just prefer they got on with it while.Im still relatively young.
Funds here is risk capital but I see other good opportunities. If there is no definite window to complete any sort of quantification then it is a Lifestyle company where PG pleases himself and makes up for dilution through share awards.
I'm lucky that it is risk capital and if minded I could buy millions more shares tomorrow.
The funds here might pay my grandchildren school fees some time in the future but if they don't it will be taken care of from salary and bonuses between now and when they may arrive - probably 15-20 years away but intend to be retired long before that regardless of events here or in other risk holdings.
So please infer whatever you like but am afraid you're barking up the wrong tree.
Jimmy,
Keep up the good work in your polite and balanced posts , posters like trotoretire seem obviously acutely over, invested and emotionally stretched here and cannot handle investor / poster concerns , objectivity or the realism of our current situation.
He will be accusing again of being Jimmy Lea next. Absolute Baffoon.
Tritoretire.
Please explain the three fundraising and nearly three years since mou 1 to sandjet perforate, last fundraiser at a huge discount, I purchased shares shares on the basis of sand jet perforation, and now no licence extension after 3 months since submitted.
It’s not unreasonable to expect prd to do what they say they will do.
Perhaps you should check out their balance sheet to understand my concerns.
No other agenda despite your best efforts to imply otherwise.
Jimmy
@Jimmy23 the following from your post:
‘My fear is that continued delayed sand jet flow testing is just used as the basis for further equity dilution rather than go for cashflow generation to sustain exploration drilling.’
What utter tosh!
PG being the biggest shareholder do you really believe this is his game plan?!!
Heard it all from you now!
Disgusting agenda; time for you to come clean on who you are.
It’s clear as daylight. Just saying!
I tend to agree i think PG wants to try and test all the wells at one time (one after the other) question how many drills would that be and how much would that cost and is there is remote chance that TT could make up a small amount of the difference.
I strongly suspect that of course the company want to get on with things but they won’t do things they don’t want to and will wait if needs be.
Probably doesn’t suit traders and people who are sitting on losses of course which my intuition suggest you possibly are. Makes sense to me how your tact changes due to your emotions of wanting to get back in the green.
Jimmy I don’t believe we have raised three times for sand jetting, I believe sand jetting has been much more recent and talked about late last year.
Paul has also explained why mou1 hasn’t been tested yet and that it has actually worked out very well for us that we didn’t. It took a long time to understand the data from mou1 and now they feel sand jetting is the way forward and has worked out for the best for a number of reasons.
Claims of you fear that the board are stringing shareholders along for more dilution instead of cash flow is nonsense.
Paul is the biggest shareholder and beyond that he cares about real investors and the people that support him and the company. He will do what is best, what he can and what he is allowed to do.
You’re clearly a sensible and knowledgeable chap but it is becoming very clear what side of the fence you’re on.
Today (obviously not) or tomorrow for a published list from DECC re updated Licenses, after tomorrow, the list is late in publication.
All to play for in IRL
We could do with an update from the Co confirming all the moving parts are moving on site in Morocco and a more accurate date to commence testing.
As for drilling, I continue to be of the opinion it is running late….. and late eats in to available cash.
HOWEVER - The later the drill is running re arriving on MOU - 5 pad, the more I think PG will be constrained by cash flow and the bigger chance of a delay to all SJ testing, as PG will become backed in to a corner with Costs vs Time and the increased possibility of delays to SJ/Testing MOU 1,3 & 4 to run alongside drilling MOU - 5 and run straight onto testing MOU -5 after a successful drill.
Before you all shout me down, yes PG states we have the cash, but I do not imagine there is much left in the pot after drilling and testing in the current plan.
Cash burn pm will be eating away at the cash in the bank, period.

It may be that getting them to align perfectly is difficult, hence getting on with one and accelerating the other is advisable.
Otherwise we face an interminable wait for stars outwith the company's control to align or hold Sandjet kit for 3 months while waiting for the rig.
Fwiw I think BoD will be receiving kit for Sandjet already and in process of procuring remainder to test the intervals in May.
