A little advice appreciated on this one for a newbie. Who are you referring to who bought shares and where can we see this? Thanks in advance to you and anyone that can help with any info regarding pinn
Who cares if they've dragged the sp down to record lows if it means we can increase our holdings at that level too?!
It's a no brainer for PIs as well as Directors at these levels! 0nly one direction sp can go from here. Easy money.
Hi Pete, I was aware of the RNS last night and have been talking to other holders. As we all predicted, the new directors wanted to get to the trough and get a load before they started turning the ship away from the rocks. I've no doubt at all, with the record and experience of all concerned that this will go from strength to strength now that they have "skin in the game" and all the bad news is in the open. Perhaps now we'll here some of the good news which perhaps they forgot to tell us.
I am very surprised that none of the regulars here spotted the rather late placing announced yesterday evening at 9.75. Placing are not usually welcome but this one is likely to buck the trend as a result of a large amount of the shares being taken up by directors with AB taking about £46k and TB and JD taking about £100k each. I expect to see this in the blue later. I can't believe that I am giving this a Buy recommendation.
Come on guys get out while you can throw in the towel joins the coms revolution and get your losses back. Trading update imminent and we already know its good news but jus how good is what we are waiting. Just sharing the investor love
Shocking simply shocking EBITDA breakeven is still a bottom line loss; £500k at the end of September means a placing is imminent... Last comment...
Will keep adding while they keep the sp this low. Very grateful for the opportunity as PINN will be churning out the profits over the next couple years.
Actually I’ve only had a quick scan of the results and there looks at least initially to be a very nice turnaround prospect here ……. 85% recurring revenue and EBITDA neutral since Sept is something that I would think the new CEO will like as his starting base on the 3rd March Something for the weekend!
You are not kidding its unbelievable. But there is no need for you to be sorry. Someone seems happy to buy £20ks worth this afternoon, rumours what rumours !
Some reversal there...been a buyer of these this week....fall looks way over done and not proportionate to sell volume/values....SP has been hammered but no obvious reason for it so perhaps there is something to look forward to here if someone is hoovering up in the background.
Coms had a value of 20p on this a few weeks ago. The only reason they walked was because pinn turned it down. Real value 30p+ imo. New management will transform this company. Looks like a few return buyers back for more.
Boss can't release any info yet, sworn cfficial secrets act(working for ?)
Really sorry for you guys over here. It is truly unbelievable what it happening here. Just hope that you make the right decision that is best for yourself, even if it means selling at a loss. I should have sold EVO at 2.50p but waited for a hoped for takeover which never came. Then after the RNS I got out at 1.43p. It proved to be a wise decision, the SP now is 0.275p. I'm not saying that the same or even similar will occur here, but sometimes taking a smaller loss now is better than a bigger loss later.
I have been watching this stock, never invested, since the failed comms takeover bid. I am genuinely curious to hear the reasons people have held for so long? This isnt a flame, troll or deramp, just that reading rns alone 8 fail to see the attraction.
Wtf is Pinn in self distruct mode?? I can't believe this is the same company as 12 months ago. Bonner must be crying into his cornflakes at his paper loss, although he appears to be the architect of his own downfall. Time for him to fall on his sword...
I took the plunge and sold into this session's high QPP stock. Time will tell if that was wise but running remaining 50% shareholding. http://www.lse.co.uk/general-chat-discussion.asp?page=5&TopCode=KG9WU6IW#83882
It was alleged that GedW was banned from the PINN FORUM because of the anti corporate line dissent mutterings of Mr Bonner and his followers of his over ambitious and inflated deliverable ambitions! But who is the "daddy" now? Forget the past corporate claptrap. The sooner Mr Bonner's successor is found the better. But will any future appointment be a poisoned chalice in taking away Mr Bonner's baby! soz for grammar faux pas but there are more important issues at stake here.
Nice to see you guys having a happier bouncy day today.
AIM at its best, had sellers now buyers, keeps the pulse racing, expecting a rebound if cashflow under control.
Me too so don't ever feel alone. I have a bucket list as long as your ...... Lol
