perception of management? Market not woken up to the new ceo, sector, and progress. The new ceo proving himself in the restructure. Taking a realistic view of all parts of the business. Looks like he has a definitive plan and vision to deliver profitability and spotted the means to do it. Trading at breakeven in recent months has to be a good launchpad. As to the question of management perception, his progress should upgrade that to positive. Yet again coms valuation, high or low, is a benchmark, and currently pinn still look undervalued. MXP buying shares in the bavkground?
everything's relative
porki, exactly why coms made an approach. All the little elements forming a bigger picture. Coms market cap makes this look too cheap. Thats why somones buying these up in the background imo.
There was news - I was wrong...again... Not exactly uplifting though but then the emphasis seems all wrong for a progressive hi tech company. Easynet stated to give them cost cutting as a priority rather than providing additional revenue streams and keeping their customers happy bunnies - "upsell opportunities" are mentioned... I think if I was selling for COMS - the PINN userbase would be highly prospective...
a deal with easynet not to taken likely imo. And another cost cutter. It adds to the bttom line. I see NS been using his experience to good effect.
Most people fled this island Just the odd corpse left and others.
PINN is entering in to a non-exclusive relationship with Easynet Ltd for the purpose of transforming and enhancing part of Pinnacle's legacy network estate. Drawing on the strength, size and capacity of Easynet's carrier integration network and a resource base of world class engineering expertise, Pinnacle will now be able to tailor enhanced, secure connectivity solutions for any size of customer in multiple market segments. Pinnacle's operations and engineering teams will work closely together to consolidate business processes as part of phased transformation and migration of the organisation's legacy network. Pinnacle's customers will benefit from a 'one stop shop' approach to enhanced, high performance connectivity access solutions with better speeds, choice and enhanced customer service. The arrangement is primarily a cost reduction activity; however there will be additional up-sell opportunities available in certain geographies as a result of the arrangement. In 2013 Easynet Ltd was acquired by MDNX Ltd, a leading independent integrator providing critical managed networks and cloud computing infrastructure to major UK enterprise, local government and channel partners. The arrangement is expected to significantly improve Pinnacle's access network cost base, with the benefit starting to materialise in the second half of the 2014/2015 financial year. sounds about right
just my opinion, but I think the market is waiting on the scotts referendum. Could be a bounce if a no vote. all imo.
Judging by the previous newsflow - the next item to look forward to here is going to be out early December - not a lot to be excited about until then and maybe the 6p would be better off doing something else in the meantime? or have I missed something again?
back at recent support (6p)
Now at/below the price the directors bought, and the markets moving higher.
Loôkng more attractive, AND they don't do business in Gaza, Iraq, Syria or Ukraine as far as I know. Fear in Markets like this offer some good buy ops
yep..looks interesting now....on watchlist
...c7-7,5p may be tempting
Down with the general market, thats panic sellers for you and greedy mms. BUT those small sells being snapped up. You might get back in where you sold out jolly, but only just. Looking to buy a few myself. You could buy the whole of pinn or less than 10% of coms. Puts some perspective on it.
Watching too... ;)
Could be Coms boss via ?
Jolly well so far..so where next? ...can't see immediate catalyst...so gambling on further drift down
another director or large share holder perhaps. you keep selling em' they keep buying!
the sells are being bought up, someone accumulating. Tightly held at these levels. Wait for news, it comes around sooner than you think.
