The Company currently provides mobile services from O2, EE, Vodafone and Gamma. Further announcements will be made in due course when appropriate. "
Tiny £2mill market cap....moving fast
This could climb very high today if traders starts moving in as share capital is very low 46 millions shares.

Nothing disappears from "the internet" 18 February 2015 Pinnacle Technology Group has announced a digital partnership with leading mobile provider O2 as part of an exclusive channel tie-up. Pinnacle - which has offices in Glasgow, Stoke-on-Trent and Northampton - has been appointed as a specialist partner to provide tailored security solutions and assist O2 in enlarging its digital capability and delivering a 'mobile centre of excellence' to the market. The multi-year deal will encompass all of Pinnacle's major offerings, providing a compelling solutions bundle for SMEs in particular. Furthermore, it is expected to allow Pinnacle to enhance its position as a front runner in digital strategy and a leading technical advisor. The deal builds on the existing relationship between the businesses, where as an accredited supplier of mobile telephony solutions for O2, Pinnacle offers a wide range of flexible tariffs and contracts, with a variety of package options available. Pinnacle CEO, Nicholas Scallan, said: "Our exciting partnership with O2 is another demonstratration of our on-going commitment to offering clients technology, digital products and services that will significantly enhance their business performance. Consumers are better informed than ever before, increasingly enjoying all the possibilities that creates. However, many organisations - SMEs in particular - simply aren’t making the most of the digital products and services available to them. Becoming a truly integrated organisation can deliver marked benefits, helping businesses to succeed and grow in digital Britain, and our partnership with O2 will offer them that." He added: "This partnership represents an important announcement for us that redefines the way we create new business, drives better performance and quality, and provides a further indication of our wider ambitions." Yes it was clearly a boo boo on somebody's part....Hopefully there will still be some market impact when the news is officially released tomorrow. It should get wider coverage then anyway!
There was a news announcement posted on the company website which has now been removed! Interesting thing is that it was dated 18th so I think we can safely expect at least one, if not, two RNS's tomorrow morning ;) The other being financial results. The announcement was regarding a considerably enhanced partnership agreement with O2.
like link removed on web site, to late.
also
Load up, this could 2 bag tomorrow!
to quiet to long, waiting results.
How bizarre, it's dated tomorrow!
That was a good spot! Interesting because the date is for tomorrow and it certainly looks like an RNS worthy announcement so has it slipped out accidentally on the company website I wonder? Looks like a very positive piece of news but the market has barely noticed!
Turnaround started 12 months ago, cost savings will have positive impact imo. Good base point, a small profit could see these double .
In early for a punt - results due next week. Question is will they have turned things round sufficiently and be cash-flow positive? Can take a loss but don't see much downside from here.
Sector seems hot with the bt-ee deal worth billions, it all filters down to small players.
