It's murky waters atm. My gut feeling is a possible bidder is close to making a decision very shortly.

They examine the pricing over an extended period.
Effectively, it gives the MM's more time for auction (in this case, end of day auction) to bid upon a closing price.
It's usually when there's a large trading volume and lots of orders to sort out.

The first one was expected and the other 2 are essentially meaningless, and partly a result of the crazy spread here at present.

Standard Listing places fewer controls regarding share transactions, granting of discounted options of shares to employees and directors, also fewer controls on pricing and pre-emption rights of shares including rights issues - e.g. Premium Listing restricts discount to no more than 10% of mid-market price, Standard Listing does not. Also fewer controls on a controlling shareholder for Standard Listing compared to Premium Listing. If the company wishes to cancel their standard listing, no shareholder approval is required. Integrity of the BOD will be of critical importance.

Agree re COW business judgement, but I have no reason to doubt her integrity. Chairman and CFO appear reasonably level headed. This should guard against shareholders being deliberately ripped off, but not against poor business judgement potentially. But to me it’s pretty obvious the direction the business should go if it remains independent, and even COW sees that, bar the odd daft decision re IT and headline grabbing “wimmins” stuff. To clarify I fully agree with equal rights, opportunities etc but believe that this should form part of the basic ethos of a business such that it doesn’t need ramming down ones throat in a “virtue signalling” fusillade. Equality should be the norm, end of.
