Zytronic plc ("the Company")
2 August 2011
Following significant trading in its share capital on Wednesday 27 July 2011, the Company announces that it has to date received a TR1 on Friday 29 July 2011 from Henderson Global Investors (1,600,000 shares), and from BlackRock, Inc and BlackRock UK Emerging Companies Hedge Fund (800,000 shares).
On Monday 1 August 2011, the Company received a further TR1 from Henderson Global Investors and a TR1 from Williams de Broe Limited, both identifying increases in holdings.
These four TR1 announcements follow this summary.
As appropriate, once the Company has received further TR1s from the other buyers and from the sellers in due course, it will release these as received.
