The Company confirms that its Annual Report and Financial Statements (the "Annual Report") for the year ended 30 September 2012 has been published today on its website athttp://www.zytronicplc.com/assets/Uploads/Annual-Report-and-Financial-Statements-2012.pdf.
The Annual Report and notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders in the first week of January 2013.
