Board Changes
Zytronic, the North-East of England based leading specialist manufacturer of touch sensors for self-service, gaming and industrial applications, announces the following Board changes.
Following the AGM yesterday, Tudor Davies has stepped down from his role as Director (including as Chair of the Company) and the Board has subsequently appointed David Buffham, currently an Independent Non-executive Director, as its Chair.
The Company would also like to confirm, that after an extensive search for a new Independent Non-executive Director, the Board have today appointed Alexander Mark Butcher ("Mark"), who is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Mark brings a wealth of Board experience and is presently a Non-executive Director of Redde Northgate plc, East Balkan Properties plc and National Milk Records plc, where he also Chairs their Audit Committees and is either Chair or a member of their Remuneration Committees. Mark is also a Non-executive Director of AssetCo plc.
Mark Cambridge CEO of Zytronic, commented: "I would like to thank Tudor for his stewardship of the Board and from a personal standpoint his support and guidance over the last 10 years. Mr Butcher was appointed a director of Panfida Capital plc and Panfida Services (UK) Limited in November 1986 and May 1991 respectively. Both companies were placed into liquidation in April 1992.
