Non-Executive Director Resignation
The Board of Zytronic wishes to announce that Sir David Chapman Bt., Non-Executive Director, who joined the Board at the time of the Company's IPO, has decided to retire from the Board on 21 September 2018 after 18 years of service.
The Board would like to thank Sir David for his invaluable insight and contribution into the development and direction of Zytronic over the past 18 years.
