Zytronic announces that it was notified on 21 March 2019 that on 19 March 2019 Ian Crosby, Sales and Marketing Director, transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 365.0 pence per Ordinary Share to his wife, Beverley Tracey Unwin.
Ian Crosby's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0016% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
