Dividend Timetable
Further to the Preliminary Results announcement released earlier today (the "Announcement"), the Company confirms that subject to approval by shareholders, the dividend will be paid on Friday 7 February 2020 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on Friday 10 January 2020.
The record date disclosed under Note 5 of the Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements in the Announcement was erroneous and may be disregarded.
The version of the Announcement available on Zytronic's website has also been amended.
