BLOCK LISTING FOR SHARE OPTION EXERCISE
The Company announces that an application has today been made for a block listing of 561,215 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to be admitted to AIM, pursuant to the Company's obligations for options granted under the Company's Unapproved Executive Scheme, under its Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010 and under its 2008 Sharesave Scheme.
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that the block admission will become effective on 2 February 2011.
