Total Voting Rights
Zytronic plc notifies the market that, further to the exercise of options by an ex-employee of the Company, the Company's issued share capital as at 31 March 2015 is 15,263,468 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 15,263,468.
The above figure of 15,263,468 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
