ZEGONA TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

During 2020, Zegona Communications plc ("the Company") as part of its share buyback programme purchased and cancelled a total of 2,965,101 ordinary shares for a total of £3,066,047.

In this context as in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company hereby notifies that as at 31 December 2020 the Company had issued ordinary shares 218,970,076 ordinary shares of 1 pence. All of the issued shares carry voting rights of one vote per share.

The above figure of 218,970,076 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
