Zegona hereby notifies that its capital as of 31 May 2026 comprised 226,163,802 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. Zegona holds no shares in treasury and the total voting rights in Zegona as of 31 May 2026 were 226,163,802.
The above figure of 226,163,802 should be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Zegona under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
