Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
The Company has been informed that Suzi Williams purchased 2500 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £16.8334 per share on 4 March 2026.
Following this transaction, Suzi Williams has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 10,358 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0045 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Notification of Dealing Form below is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 (as amended) as it forms part of the domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended).
