Correction re ZRA Hearing

Zambeef (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces, further to the annual results for the year ended 30 September 2012, published today, that the ZRA hearing on 7 November 2012 was not concluded on that date but has been adjourned to the 19 and 20 December 2012. Judgement is not expected until Q1 2013.
