Completion of Acquisition

Zambeef, the fully integrated African agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, is pleased to announce the completion, on 30 June 2011 of the acquisition of the Napamba, Chambatata and Kampemba farms, in Zambia, from ETC Bio-Energy Limited ("ETC"), in accordance with the conditional acquisition agreement between the Company and ETC dated 28 January 2011, (as amended and restated on 26 March 2011 and as further amended by an addendum dated 19 April 2011).

Francis Grogan, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said "We are delighted to have completed the acquisition in accordance with our stated timetable and look forward to providing shareholders and the market with further operational updates in due course."
