TRANSACTION BY DIRECTOR AND PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
XPS announces that, on 1 October 2025 Martin Sutherland, Independent Non-Executive Chairman and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), purchased 11,658 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 335.4 pence per Ordinary Share.
