EXPANSYS signs Asian distribution contract with major global technology brand

EXPANSYS (AIM: XPS), a leading global online retailer of consumer wireless technology and provider of mobile network and eCommerce services and solutions, announces the signing of a contract through its Partner Services division to become the exclusive partner for a world class technology giant in the distribution of their new device exclusively in the Asia region.

Under the terms of the agreement, EXPANSYS will leverage its established Asian infrastructure to provide its new partner, who cannot be named for commercial reasons, with product storage, logistics and fulfilment services for customers ordering their device, initially in Australia, but extending into other Asian markets in due course.

EXPANSYS will apply a volume dependant fee per item shipped, and both parties expect material volumes of devices to be shipped under the agreement in the next 12 months.
