Wynnstay Group PLC30 November 2007 Wynnstay Group plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinaryshares of 25p each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the date of thisnotice is 12,993,759 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 12,993,759.
