Wynnstay, the agricultural supplies group, announces that is has been informed that Noel Bradshaw, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Catherine Bradshaw, Independent Non-executive Director, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 1 July 2025.
Following this transaction, Catherine Bradshaw's beneficial interest in the Company is 4,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
